We should have at least got 5 points for solving that slider puzzle. I HATE SLIDER PICTURE PUZZLES, always have, always will. (But then again, I suck at chess also).

Like most of people here I found the final part a shocking, traumatizing experience, but I guess I got the message: Cube Escape games are not here just to give us cheap jumpscares, but also to sometimes move our lazy asses and demand some quick reaction from us, point-and-click gamers who aren't that used to make fast decisions. Besides, Rusty Lake has done timed puzzles in the series before, so we shouldn't really have been surprised to face pressure again - and in the same location of the first game!
I'd say, however, that you devs were really cruel this time, putting so many tricky puzzles together during such a tense moment and all, haha. I wish all this fear I felt was compensated later in a very calm sequel outside that elevator, but I won't be optimistic: looks like the series is getting closer to an end, and endings don't use to be easier... ;P

I had a very weird glitch with the 9-piece slide puzzle, in which a piece slid over another piece, making the puzzle unsolvable. I haven't been able to reproduce it though.

Holy crap is chapter 4 unforgiving. Specially taking on account that the best part about this seeries normally is how you can stare at the beautiful yet dark art, at first I thought I was supposed to take clues from the black guy's position and all that instead of flee in horror. Oh well...

Drop a fly into a fishbowl, use kelp to steer it into a mollusk shell from which a finger will poke the fly, making it glow so it can be fed to a fish that then disintegrates into a key. When a game makes this much sense, why even bother making a walkthrough? Also, YTF does this game run SO SLOWLY?

This game is working REALLY slowly on my computer.. I don't have a bad computer because it's brand new and it's an apple computer

Some dreadful bugs in this game...at the end of chapter 2 and the telephone from ch 1 is still going beep beep beep. Game muted. Ch 3...still beeping. Ch 4 and it's finally gone off.

I stand corrected. There's the spider things as well. I accidentally moved to a different screen while it was moving and now it's disappeared from the game. Screw it. I'm out.

Is there anything anywhere else in video gaming, anywhere at all, that's as annoying as the fish bowl? If there is, I have yet to see it.

My favorite Cube Escape by far! The timer on the last chapter isn't as bad as everyone says. You're not going to get it the first time, but just keep at it. I was able to get it down on my fourth try.

Come on, the timer wasn't nearly as bad as it is made out to be. It added a nice feeling of suspense and the puzzles there were quite easy. The first and final levels were my favourites.

I've rated all the previous with a 5/5 but dude, putting a timer on the final chapter gets you a one on this one. I was having a blast with this until then! Casual my $$$$.

My computer lags too much to complete the last level :(
But this series has definitely been my favourite escape games, wonderful work!

If you find the cube escape games lag for you, just click the cog symbol and set quality to "low". It looks almost exactly the same but the lag vanishes.
