How are we supposed to figure out the dominoes? The walkthrough looks like someone was cribbing the answer as opposed to attempting to reason it out or use clues from other places.

SPOILER for those stuck on the music - find the 4 pieces of tape, then find the wall with one "stuck" piece. match the fruit first, then place the remaining tape to make a long strip of 4 pieces. The notes are BB DDBB G#ABD BAG#A. If you mess up, you can use the "less than" symbol on the screen to erase the last note.

If you completed this, you either just clicked a lot, or you are mentally ill. Some of the puzzles are straight forward (bugs, fruit, music tape). I still don't understand what finally made the glass music work right, (matched the picture, and did what I thought was "down" according to the arrow... but finally just started randomly leveling the glass). And the firefly thing at the end - maybe I was clicking with the wrong firefly at first, but I swear i tried all over the screen. Again, random clicking finally got the first firefly to take. Personally I would think that either the match or knife would be sufficient to escape a cardboard box, but whatever. HURRAY for random clicking!

So my game bugged out, after using the three fireflies the shadow got stuck at his first phase, and but my fireflies disappeared, and now i cant finish the game. 4/5 till bug gets fixed

For some reason it's not giving me the silver key when I put in the notes. I tried it myself and looked up the walkthrough, but it just doesn't give me the key after I put in all the notes...

I love the game series, but I reaaaally don't appreciate the jump-scares :( the last part was not particularly intuitive, but otherwise I could navigate the game just fine. Having visual representations of the music notes is very helpful for those whose sound doesn't work, so you can play the game without sound if you need to. I also really liked the fly and grub puzzle and the fact that I can now arrange my inventory. It might be helpful to have a note to let players know they can do that though, since you could not do that in previous games.

Cigar won't light.... Every time I click the cigar with the match it just removes the cigar no matter which spot I click.

WTH?!? One puzzle in and you need to know music theory, have copied a clue down manually and enter a 14 (note) password?!? A tad steep learning curve don't you think?!?
Also, the picture of the spiked fruit doesn't help.

Playing on Mac using Safari here and the response to clicking is so slow that it is actually impossible to complete the game.
