It moves a little slow. Starting with more credits so you have more than 3 diseases in the beginning would make it more challenging and less repetitive. Maybe you could add a mini game as a waiter or something to earn more money for classes. As simple as the explanations of body functions, I was skimming anyway (see if you can simplify the explanations of body functions even more. Interesting game.

So it's not the most exciting game in the world, but I like how it triggers your brain in a different way. Could use a small action element, though, like performing CPR or something. Maybe add some random ER events you have to take care of before you can continue whatever you were doing. 4/5 for the cause.

this game is broken? I start with 36credits and can attend to 3 courses, and that's it, I'm still Pre-med thus I cannot work with patients. How do I pass trough?

I love this game while playing I act like house, but the hospital feels more like scrubs to a angry doctor who admits your right, a lawyer whos sweating all over the place and doing all the work of the boss, and the nurse who seems to me likes you.

I *love* it when you have to fill out a web form before you're allowed to play a game. Especially when there's arbitrary rules about spaces, punctuation etc which aren't listed on the screen.

Easiest medium badge ever. Just study one thing and all patients will have the same disease. You get to resident by getting one of your skills to level 4. If you wanna beat the game, just study the first thing of each discipline on pathology, just two symptoms are common, chest pain and cough. GERD has both, and it is the only one where the time with those symptoms come in months. With this you should be able to beat this game incredibly easily.

I understand that this game is mostly educational, but it's still boring as hell. I skipped all of the lessons, and with a 9th grade education and the process of elimination, I beat the game with about three wrong diagnoses. 2/5

very neat game, i learned a lot.
In future sequel i think what would be neat would be additional modes where you are rewarded for making a correct diagnosis faster (either in terms of number of examinations given, or in terms of real time seconds elapsed), and with a penalty for incorrect diagnosis. Maybe add it as a bonus challenge mode for after you reach a certain level (so there are enough options available) with the goal of getting a high score given only a certain number of 'lives' (incorrect diagnoses or too long responses, say). Glad this finally got badges or id never have seen it, look forward to a sequel.

man i feel guilty about diagnosing people with cancer! lol
Seriously though, how many hypochondriacs are there going to be after this!

This honestly seems not far off the education that most doctors base their diagnosis' off of. The 12 years was just a patience test.

How about a hard badge like... Reach level 6 Cardio , Reach level 6 in Resp , Reach level 6 in GI , Game completed , All diseases unlocked

There should be another top level in Medical School 2: House.
Or even better: a badge called "Everybody lies" you get when you diagnose 10 patients that lie.

How do I call a new patient? When I look at the chart, I see only the Back button. What I do to get a new patient is go to the main menu and then load the game again. But it turns out there's no need to switch patients anyway: as far as I can see, there's no penalty for being wrong! I think there should be a penalty in some cases; like, if you misdiagnose a heart burn then it's ok, but if you misdiagnose a heart attack you should get sued and lose some Cr. Anyway, I like educational games, I intend to complete this one and I'm hoping for a sequel. But you need to add some variety to the gameplay. 4 stars.

I love it, it introduce common, or just sickness to the general public in a easy interactive interface. I really do learn from this a lot. There are things you could pick up for yourself or around you. The fact this game helps people to increase the awareness of thing is GOLD!!

Not bad, but I think that (as Flywacket's comment suggests) there should be a minimum number of courses taken/diseases known for each level. For example, all the 12 credit courses for resident (level 3), all 30 credit courses for the next level, &c.

its nice to see games that is like this: they are a litle tricky to figure out what the patiant hawe and maby you learn something doing it to =3

A function to limit the amount of tests you can do on a patient would make this game more of a puzzle and less of a "just-do-all-tests-and-choose-what-fits"-game.
maybe even a pass function if you cant diagnose a patient but dont want to misdiagnose and risk a law suit as well?
The game is too much of a grind atm but does have potential id say!
