i am awesome at this game and i love it. pretty boring at teh beginning when you only have a few diseases, but it gets really fun

well freeze thats 49 units a week, asuming they dont drink on sunday that would mean they have roughly 8 beers a day. thats far from alcohol poisoning

there's this lady she's drinking 49 units of alcohol, tell me why she didn't die from alcohol poisoning? and also in med school 2 you should be able to beform surgerybue if you screw up MAJOR punishment

once med school 2 comes out it might be more fun because more diseases but also u should be able to walk around campus and do other stuff. and guys step up and apply for new art this stuff is horable a 10 year old boy lokks like a 10 year old girl.also somtimes there should be like a false case and punishment later for scewing up

wannabnurse, diagnose patients by clicking on the file / folder nex to the bed, then clikc the file on the left column to diasnose them properly.
If you get this correct, you gain credits!

As a nursing student, I really enjoyed this... It was a fun way to review different diseases. It's a bit simplistic compared to real life, but hey, it's a game. I did find it obnoxious that eventually I just found myself pushing all the buttons just so I could read a complete medical record... It would be nice if there was a button unlocked to do it all at once, rather than click, click, click, etc.

Even though i have no interest in a career in medicine, and i cant even pronounce 90% of the terms, i still really like this game. Looking forward to the second installment!

In the highscores, look in every score board that is last 7 days. I am in the top 25 for everyone of them in the last 7 days!!!! lol.
