@maclaren93 Maybe I was not clear on my previous message, apologies. The Elder Treant Boss will try to convince your lesser treant to join him. Which he can't, and wastes a lengthy turn on it. You have to defeat the boss in combat.

Try to have the treant on your party, it might waste a turn trying to convince him to his side. Also, fire attacks burn him, making him loose a turn just like the lesser treant. Other than that, pray for the RNG god not to get too many abundant wine splashes.
About fairy drops, the item itsels increases destiny max and regeneration. It is also required to craft a Goddess Blessing, it requires 3 fairy drops, 20 honey, 20 holy water and other stuff to craft. Increases destiny max by 200.

What exactly is the requirement for summoning a Chaotic Brain for the first time? I supposedly have some research already, but I can't press the Summon button.

fairy drops. fairy drops require 10 of each element, 10 honey, 10 spirit water, and more notably, 2k destiny and 10 holy water. to make 1 holy water, you need 3 potions, 10 medicine, 15 mp, and 1k destiny. potions are made with 3 medicine and 6 water. medicine is made with 4 herbs, or you can buy it with 70 gold. in other words, to make one fairy drop, you need 10 fire, wind, and earth, 10 honey, 10 spirit water, 180 water, 12000 destiny, 150 mp, and either 2280 herbs or 39900 gold. if i may... what the heck does this thing do?

what's the optimal way to kill the elder treant? all of the upgrades, such as the recipies and the water spirit quest, either are inaccessible to me at the time or don't look like they give any stat boosts. i also have all the avaliable summons besides the rare ones maxxed.

OMG! I am mad! Invested a LOT (=20 sins, so basically one full reincarnation) to be able to make an elixir and it does only +5 max destiny. Huge disappointment :(

@maclaren93 It improves speed of habits. You need that so you can get higher bonuses for class, sacred ritual, will and familiar. If you can get double efficiency just but adding one monster with habit bonus to your party, it is good idea to do it. And later it is one of two possibilites where to invest inspiration.

I was stuck in the first dungeon. I was about to give out when I noticed the "Summon" button in the level up.
The game is good, but in my opinion its needs more Hints... for example: I still dont know what Habit efficiency do xD

@minorisc You can't get rare summons offline. But you dont have to maximize them now. You will get that opportunity at the end of your first game, like 100x-1000x faster way.

love the game finally something that shows that you don't need graphics for a nice game that is like ngu idle-ish but the only ting i don't like is you can't get summons offline or do you ? becuse i the Flower Fairy is pretty hard to farm

@d4gaojuexin Difference is not big. First greeting will help you to achieve ending 2. Destiny regeneration is small in effect in comparison with orphanage gain so i always go for first greeting.

How do you beat the purification slime? When I attack it, instead of doing damage, it heals it, and I dont thinkI have any healing spells i can use on it.

@alanstar102 Anchovy sendwich is produced while farming and farming is locked when leaving town. You can produce it later by cooking it (bread+salt+fish).

Update. I guess I was right on the cusp when I made my previous comment. I finally killed a bird thanks to a pair of slash attacks which gave me some bird research. Now I can finally start gathering seeds thanks to my new bird friend. I still think it took too long to get to that point though. I started my new run the day before yesterday. I played online for approximately 3-4 hours and the rest was offline (approximately 38 hours offline) Plus a couple hours this morning trying to kill something (anything) That's a long time to feel powerless in an idle game...just my opinion though. I love trying out new idle games and so far based on my last playthough in which I had everything maxed out up to Harpy i think. and I had just summoned my first tortoise. I really am enjoying Another Chronical BETA. It's become my main 2nd idle game after NGU Idle.

So I recently lost my save and chose to start brand new. It is a struggle to progress. Storywise, I've just gotten "pick flowers" from the little girl. Nothing I've been able to unlock gives me any seeds so I cannot get stronger. I need to be able to fight in the riverbank (which as I recall from my first game is where I typically got seeds from) but I get 1-shot every single time. So the only way I can gain experience to level up is to pray. I've been able to sacred ritual up to level 4 which gave me some habit which I used to power up my summon familiar to level 8. I put everything into lesser devil to try to boost my stats, but I still cannot quite kill a slime. I still get killed in 2-3 hits.
I know you re-balanced the game recently so I think you tweaked it too far at the beginning. It shouldn't be this hard to get started.

@unEpicD You dont need to go to the desert now, but it is good idea to try to kill some monsters here to be able to summon them. Sand swordfish for large habit bonus and charity larva for pray bonus. There are some other good things but you would not be able to get to them now. But before reincarnation - farm demon king fort with Norn in your party for exp base for sins.

Just got the ability to reincarnate, but I havent actually been through desert yet. Is there any benefit to try and slog through it first or just reincarnate right away?

pablomel it's basically a summon that you dump excess seeds into, and it gives a passive stat bonus even when unequipped

I seem to be stuck (bug?). After finishing the game twice I decided to play tamer on the third attempt. In the academic city I don't get any new monsters to kill/new areas. It shows me "go to the guild" (on Main street), but I can't do it because I don't get "Report achievements". Giving up doesn't do anything, so I cannot even try again. Any suggestions?

Would be great if there was another section for "programming" your doppelganger where you could choose certain actions for it to do automatically when it can (resources needed/available). Then you could buy additional slots for his mental capacity. Do a little automation for some of these tiresome tasks

I was highly disappointed when I finally made a goddess blessing and it didn't do anything cool. For the amount of time I spent working up to it, it was a huge letdown!
That's a minor complaint though, in the grand scheme of things. I haven't enjoyed an idle game this much in quite a while.

@Knives Assassin: Have you perhaps made any potions, or got the purification slime in your team? Both of these apply negative regen to the stench and might be the cause

SO im having issues with stench not accumulating like it's supposed to. I have a regen on it, but any time i gain stench it goes away immediately and i have no idea what is consuming it.

Just before you, use Norn air cutter at 4th place. Another TANK at 3th place. You : Power stab or Power slash
