To the creator: I might have found a potential bug. Short version: it doesn't seem like the "Appraise Rare Metal" offline activity works. Long version: one of my quests was to gain scrap metal, and since I currently have a max of 100, I decided to have "Appraise Rare Metal" be my offline activity overnight. I logged in today and have max scrap metal, but my rare metal amount is still where I left it over 12 hours ago, at 10/20.

Maybe it's my screen, but after this update all the game is way more bright even in dark mode, I amost can't distinguish the actions I can use from the ones I can't.
other than that, congrats on the developers for this update

@thomascenteno97 Did you try putting Orc or another monster with the ability " gold max" ? Did you do wooden statues?

@maclaren93 Thx so much. I got it now!. But beat the final demon seems so hard. I need to fully upgrade fire dragon and my hero. thats so much seeds (400million each)

@maclaren93 I asked on the Steam forums too. Someone there told me that it is a Secondary Equipment, which has a low percent chance of dropping from any monster or chest even if you haven't unlocked the feature yet. Doing a bit of research, it looks like I need to beat the 5th guardian to unlock that feature itself. If this is true, it would explain why it isn't showing up anywhere for me, as I have only beaten the second guardian so far

@7eevee I looked in the discord channel and nobody talk about that item. Are you really sure thats the name of the item?

@maclaren93 I'm not sure. Like I said I was just opening chests (I had over 50 stored up) and the message popped up in the chat bar underneath what I got from a chest (on a separate line, so it doesn't seem like it was from the chest). I would guess it's a key item for later on and I just got the message without the item since I can't find it anywhere

Does anyone know what a "B. Necklace of Paradise" is? I was opening bronze chests and a message appeared saying I got that. It was on a different line than opening a chest though, so it doesn't look like it came from the chest. I can't find it in either my items menu or my equipment menu, so it doesn't look like it's either of those either.

@maclaren93: i was being a bit hyperbolic. My first pride run (ED1) took less time than my first ED4 completion. It's the contrast with being able to knock an ED1 out in a bit over an hour that makes it frustrating.

@7eevee If I remember right, every kill without having the research of a creature increases the research drop chance - don't quote me on that though.

Could someone help me understand something? About a week or 2 ago, I got my first kill on the Mithril Bird rare enemy. Since doing this added it to my beastiary, I noticed that it has "(+x%)" next to the total defeats section (if it matters, x seems to increase in increments of 5 for each defeat I have of it, considering it was at 5% earlier today when I had 1 kill and now at 10% with 2 kills). What is this statistic? Since I have at least one drop of research on every other summonable monster currently in my beastiary and it is the only one with this stat, I'm guessing it is something like an increased appearance or first drop rate?

to get emerald you need your father with the mithril arm. you get topaz ruby and emerald from the same place you wont be able to do this without following the fifth story line and for the fifth storyline you need to beat the tournament final before doing any guild quest (need about 1Q atk)

advancement guide: SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!! this applies after gluttony. mine anchovy sandwich from farmwork and pork. don't advance to forest or farmwork will disappear . mine 100 anchovy sandwiches per dark ritual or once a day until you have reached the desired stats whilst putting inspiration in stats and habit. focus mostly on attack power and try one hit the enemy (atk = enemy health) advance you sin level, perks and sin bosses as quick as possible. for greed save up desired monster research for reincarnation (it carrys through reincarnation) then do not use until after your first dark ritual for best results. some quests and actions wont appear until you have the resources in your inventory. as for sloth you need to set it before it works properly . do not spend to long on a run until you unlock envy. as for envy unlock all the useful ones and lvl mostly atk and seed drop amount with complaints easiest way to advance

@rorschach500 correction: You start almost at the beggining. In that point, you only can do "farmwork" to get anchovy sandwich. To get the recipe, nobody will tell you how . For one reason (looks like, im not sure) , you have to get all the ingredients .And it automatically unlocks

@rorschach500 After leaving the village, you have to get passed a certain point to unlock the anchovy sandwiche recipe. Without spoiling too much, you have to finish talking with the client that brings you to the Coastal City, and then assist someone in the Spirit Springs area until you get a new food item that is required for the recipe. If memory serves, it should unlock automaticlly once you have all the ingrediants

@Hubcappe Did you do a dark ritual shortly before that started happening? After every dark ritual, you have to beat a dungeon again to be able to gain offline benefits from it. Beating a dungeon will unlock the ability toselect it or any ones that come before it for your offline benefit. To put it simply, you can only get offline benefits from a dungeon of equal or lesser value that you have beaten since your last dark ritual. That seems like the most likely case with what information you have given.
