4/5 for me, ship control is weird, having to move cursor out of fairly large box before the ship even moves makes precision movement quite hard. Otherwise really fantastic game!

That aside, if you (all?) do make a sequel, I would highly suggest making a 'note magnet' feature part of the game. Either as a separate upgrade like the guns / maneuverability / defense, or maybe as a function of upgrading the maneuverability (like how upgrading the power of the Zeusaphone also upgrades its range).

Actually you know what? Now that the controls have been fixed, I'm gonna have to go ahead and give this one a 5/5. Not having to hold the mouse button down actually makes this a joy to play, at least for me. While nothing here is really new, many things are at least presented creatively. Though for some reason, I kept expecting the sound of me picking up the music notes to turn into a protracted version of the theme from Beverly Hills Cop. It did not, but I am not disappoint (much). Yes, it does feel a bit short, as has been commented before, but come on guys, this is a casual game, the creator(s) probably do not make all that much money off of it, even with a big name sponsor like Kongregate. Bottom line, I enjoyed this game quite a lot -- I had beaten it and played through the Survival mode many times over before the controls were fixed. For me, this was a great game, and I look forward to any sequels.

Needs bonus for projectile dodging, like in frantic 2 but then people could blame you for copying it. If i were you, i wouldn' listen to them and add the funcion anyways :P

Should make it so the mouse can't leave the screen. Can't count how many times I died to the cursor being just outside of the field and then not moving up when I moved the mouse.

i defeated dizzy and daisy.... now only daisy is left on the screen, she runs away twice then bumps into me 3 times... with no damage, yet nothing else happens... no boss, no enemies no end screen...

This game has potential for some good badges. For example: (Medium - Complete Story Mode) (Hard - Score 2,500,000 in Survival Mode) (Impossible - Collect 4,000 notes in Survival Mode) + this if you agree.

Overally good game, though 2 things annoyed me loads - the elasticity of movement when max leveled and not being able to move up/down while the mouse is out of the window.

you either have to take away the boss's one hit kill, or the electrical twin's ability to go offscreen. can't count the number of times i go over to the side, avoiding some bullets, when an offscreen twin that i didn't even see careens into me, ending my run. also, "P" for pause, please. just so i dont have to move over to the button to pause. thanks for the autofollow/shoot update

"An upgrade at level 10 is much more powerful than an upgrade at level 9." Congrats, you learned how upgrades work. :P No really, I think you're emphasizing the point wrong. What you mean is, the power gained from 9->10 is much greater than the power gained from 8->9.

It's a good game BUT WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THE LITTLE PURPLE GUY AFTER I BEAT THE LAST BOSS WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR THE FINAL SCENE TO START AAARGH.

People should note you don't have to touch a boss to die. There's a smallish but significant area around them that causes insta-game-over.

I still have one major problem with this game that I feel needs to be put out there better. Its very hard to make percise movements because once your ship catches up with your cursor, you need to make the cursor leave the ship befor the ship will follow it again. This causes him to move an entire ship space away instead of half. making it difficult to shoot somthing slightly to either side of you. Please everyone check for themselves and plus this if you agree. I want this fixed.

5/5 this is a solid traditional shooter with a couple of fun upgrades. Decent music and graphics give it a nice old school arcade feeling. I'd actually rate this a 4.9 if I could because the controls are a bit screwy. There's an annoying 'rubber band' effect when Speed is upgraded all the way. You move your cursor and the ship bounces around like crazy under it instead of gracefully sliding into position. Makes precision bullet dodging impossible. Also, the upgrades are very abstract in what their actual value is. No way to browse through the tips it occasionally flashes at you. No way to turn off auto-shoot makes the ramming achievement annoying to get.

What do I do after I defeat the third boss? Daisy hangs around my ship and keeps hitting me but my attacks do nothing. Is this a glitch?
