Under rating threshold (show) It seems like the game is having a SERIOUS performance problem. The engine can go up to 60fps, but it is really chugging on my computer. A GTX 1070 and an i7 7700k shouldn't be having a performance problem with a game like this.

WebGL games can work a lot better/worse depending on the browser you're using, or driver, or phase of the moon ... fwiw the game easily runs at 60fps on my 5yr old laptop!

Hi there, originally it was reworked for mobile - expectations there are that you have decent graphics. Over time this version ended up also gaining a bunch of new features that were never in the original so it made sense to bring it back home to Kong but, totally agree that the original version works really well also!

Under rating threshold (show) I feel like the scaling costs for buying Nexus is a bit ridiculous. In particular, I'm aghast at how much we have to expand our energy capacity in order to provide the energy portion of the costs. I know about Nightbugs, but I anticipate that it will soon just require a stupid amount of crystals, which are slow to come by. I mean, is there an upgrade that I haven't unlocked yet or are we only ever meant to have like 5 Nexus?

Hi there, the limit is indeed 5 Nexus ... each new one unlocks new units, new abilities so the (rapidly) increasing cost does makes sense!

Under rating threshold (show) yeah quite buggy. Hard to impossible to click gold bugs. Buttons often unresponsive. Generally unclear information. No undo buttons? Freakish. I'd like to like this more. Hope you fix.

Hrm, are you playing in incognito mode maybe? Sounds like something about your browser is blocking the game from saving progress.

Under rating threshold (show) I quit playing because forced upgrades happen at the wrong times to be effective or useful. Revamp tutorial or at the least don't FORCE us to only do what you want.

Progress will continue as normal while you have the game open, if you close and re-open it you'll get a dialog showing what changed.

:) It's different for sure ... currently the mobile version is closing in on a million downloads and has been really well rated/reviewed. I get that this version won't be for everyone and I loved the simplicity of the original as well, but if you're interested in seeing all the bugs brought to life and a bunch of new features ... give it a try!

I think you're probably right ... will be looking at options for this - hard to get everything onscreen without needing to scroll like the old text version. Thanks for the feedback! edit - changed how this works in v1.4.12!

Under rating threshold (show) I played this as a mobile game. It's your typical idle game. Nothing really amazing about it. I "played" for a couple days, didn't see anything worth sticking around for.
