it would be better with caves and monsters to fight, wait i know theres a game like the out there!

This was a nice relaxing game, but I think that mining down on the last level should still nearly kill you if you have the diamond chassis.

Wait, so my first "job" is to work and earn money, just so I can just give it to the lazy jerk standing in front of a run-down apartment all day? Yay socialist simulation.

Game was to short, Music was so Depressing my robot nearly drilled through his own head, and I'm not sure what the developer meant by allowance because my repairs seemed to cost the same no matter what the allowance level was :(. Plus this game just felt like so many other Mining games I've played that I could have just gone back and played the last one and not really noticed the diffrence(It definitley wasn't in how the Minerals looked) 2/5...

Fun game. Completed in half hour. I think to make this game more challenging the upgrade price should be higher. Still 5/5.

Great simple and short game, movement system is a bit laggy for me, takes a second for the character to move after i hold the arrow key for a minute, but other wise awesome definite 5/5 for me. I hope to see more such games from you.

this is like a shorter, lower graphics, but better storyline version of motherload and either this game doesn't have an ending or it glitches up if you collect the green gem before the laboratory guy tells you to

It's a good game but it doesn't suposes a real challenge... you should increase the difficulty. Game could be longer as well, with more jobs.

a bit of a suggestion: instead of the teleporting that people have suggested, why not have a 'return' button. when used, the robot begins following the best path and automaticly goes to the stores. it could be at an accelerated speed and cost more energy than otherwise used.

Suggestion: The map feature really ought to have little colored dots where you've discovered mineral deposits but haven't mined them yet.

Games fun is "Shut up and take my money a fry reference... the girl who says it also looks a bit like fry anyways. when you reach the eco ore is it suppose to just say head back to the lab meaning the games over cause i cant do anything else

@rimacy: sand is picked up automatically and doesn't take up space in your inventory. Open your jobs screen to see how much you have.

Just remember, if you dig and dig and collect enough money, you can become fully upgraded, unstoppable, and yours will be the drill to pierce the heavens

Also, if you show up with sand, or Wolfram, they should *never* just repeat "Bring me some X please".
It's terrible game design. Give us feedback! The lazy damn NPCs need to tell us what they want!

NEEDS BADLY: quests should specify how much of the mineral they want, it's aggravating to dig 3 times in a row a single mineral and only learn you need to upgrade chassis. Also: needs to be a better motherload clone with replayable levels and dangers more specific than 'buy coolant liquid plz'.

Not a bad game, but it's obviously a simplified knock off of Motherload. Needs some more depth to it. Still, ill give it a 3/5.

I keep hitting ESC to exit menus, which brings up a "Do you really want to exit this game and leave Newgrounds" window that then forces me to find my mouse just to click on "No." and up up stuck in the same place I was before.
I'd give you five stars if you you would stop punishing me for trying to use ESC to make pop-ups go away.

The difficulty is a bit uneven. In the beginning, there's no margin for error, and you've got to scrounge and be extremely careful, whereas after you get the first few upgrades, it's just a grind to finish. May need to add new challenges deeper to balance it out. Otherwise, super solid.

4/5 nice little game, will make it 5* if you make more upgrades or something else to do with out money since you can beat the game way too quickly leaving like 70% of the map unexplored! Will keep an eye on the game in case you decide to update it with more stuff.
