I don't like this type of ascension. It punishes you for progressing further than required by the arbitrary milestone every 20 prestige points. If you happen to be really strong at the end of an ascension and capable of going even further, there's no way to benefit from that. I think it's a bad way of setting up a prestige mechanic.

The latest update broke stuff for me. After I prestige I get big boosts for things I put points in, but upon reload it cuts those boosts down hard?

Anyway to speed up fighting besides the initial -.3 fight time? I have 10,000 cruisers and I still have to wait about 1 minute for a world to get prestige points. Kind of annoying.

The mod numbers drop after the game closes. So every time the game crash, I have to prestige to get the stuff back up to speed.

In the case of the old tech tree, I do not shoot the prestige I need.

the easiest way to grind this (at least for me) was to spam my prestige points into modding and research, then put productivity, efficiency and max drones to max (balance it out) and put energy efficiency to its lowest, thus getting a hell lot of power out of my drones while maxing my research potential. The only thing that is annoying is having to wait for the fighting and accumulation of levels and prestige points... there needs to be away to skip certain enemies, contest multiple tiles at once or start at a certain wave... else i am basically sitting here for hours doing nothing, waiting for the levels to increase.

As a small QoL change for Shipyards, I think we should be able to save ships (maybe more than the 20 limit, I like to make a few variants). Maybe this could be earned at a certain Ascension or something like that. Also being able to name your fleet/empire/whatever your dominating forces are would be pretty cool.

Once you get enough prestige, get the 50% Modding points under 4-Special. You will get few points per research level in Modding

I Have drone modding 8 but can only put in 4 mods. Yesterday is when it dropped to 4 max, I know I had a max of 6 before that. I only allocated 3 mods as I was avoiding loosing all my drones until I had more Robot Components.

so... the drone modding research seems to only give an additional point every other level now whereas before it would give a point every level. Is this intentional? And if so, why did you choose to do it this way rather than just double the research step? Seems to me that should be just as simple as making it every other level, and more logistically pleasing to players

we need a button to deactivate the automatic distribution of robots! Its pretty tyring to switch every drone to 0% every time

So I can continue getting Crystal, Technician, Worker, Searching, and Warrior Drone upgrades, but Foundry has locked out at 22 purchased and both Metal and Computer have locked out at 2 purchased, now permanently saying "Can't buy limit reached". This new prestige system appears very buggy.

Not one to really complain, but this new update seems to have changed the feel and balance of the entire game.
The previous prestige system had structure and easier to understand purpose, while this version is very confusing. Might I suggest a reset to something straddling the two designs?

right now I feel as though the greatest flaw in this game is that it takes a very long time to actually get to the tiers at which you earn prestige points. I propose that you could add a system in which you can choose to skip to a level some number below your prestige level/ equipment level, possibly at the cost of some dark matter.

I had the "fighting" bug for the third time now... the only way to fix it is to prestige for basically nothing... thx for making me waste hours of Dark matter

Dude, I love the new update for the prestige system. Totally lets me customise how I want my prestige to affect my game. Although, if you are seeking improvement ideas, maybe create a removal setting, so if I make a mistake in allocating points, I dont have to reset the entire thing.

Game is very slow-paced. Makes it a bit boring. I set 2/5, cause of the slow development and the lack of strategical depth.

bboyt, Ascending means you start over, but with a bonus. All Prestige points now give more. As an example, the "Drones yield and consume more resources" starts out at 150%. For me, it currently gives 1800%. The +5 Modding Points is +60 for me. And so on. So Ascend to get more faster.

Could it be made so that you can attack more than one square at a time? Knowing the prestige thing that helps with this... perhaps it would be something you can unlock for ascending to give more of an incentive to do so? It wouldn't necessarily be OP, actually it'd be balanced as is, you fight more at once... fights go faster if you're far enough better than the computer, and they are far harder.

My first pass I went up to 21 prestige it said I had no choice but to ascend. I ascended. I guess I have 1 prestige point. I am just not sure what is the purpose of ascending or prestige it seems to do nothing that I can tell. Please advise.
