There may be a recipe in the most obvious place but maybe too obvious that no one can find it and keep overlooking it. However, my potion didn't work and I only killed 2 people in the end which was better than my first time 9. I'm agreeing with drkillme... maybe some of the objects could've been clearer and the pointer clearer. At first I had no once you could go inside

Cool spin on a tried and true concept. My ONLY complaint is that for a game called DONT ESCAPE, even when you complete the game right...you still escape. 4/5

The recipe of the potion is on the table right underneath the first piece of parchment. just click on the extremities of the second parchment. Keep this up :)

Missing from TheNumberNine's walkthrough: _lock_ the window before you board it up. The latch is in the middle of the window. When you click the window it should say "it's locked". That way, nobody will get hurt.
Oh, and rufus 13 -- it says hot dust, not burnt. Hot as in spicy. ;)

Title of the game: "Don't escape"
One of the tags this game has: "escape"
I'm confused now. What do you want me to do?

Is there a way I can mix the potion to give him MORE strength? I'd like to be a bit more badazz than only a 3 person body count.

Pretty sweet game! I never would've guessed to use potion on the meat! The recipie said something about a hand full of burnt dust.... Ash from the fire? 5/5

By the way, to all the people complaining about the useless root; You do realize it's just there to mislead you into making the wrong potion, right? It's purpose is to fool the player into feeling secure that he has the right potion, considering the root is a lot easier to find than the spices.

Very, very good game. The graphics look pretty nice, and the concept of having to lock yourself in (instead of finding a way out) was pretty refreshing.
Took me a few minutes to get some puzzles, but the game was rather easy unfortunatly. Still, I liked it a lot :)
Wish I could give it a 4.5 out of 5, but I can only give it a 4.
Well done to the developers.

The recipe is in the note, there are 2 pages for those who've missed it. You click on the second paper behind the note after you pick it up.

So I can tie rope around my self and while being tied I chain my self but think it's impossible to look around? Seems legit.

Literally the only problem with this game is that the default brightness setting is so low, you can't even see one of the test boxes. Alternatively, a problem is that the game *has* a brightness setting. It's a Flash game. Monitors aren't that varied in brightness. Most of them are usually set to 100% anyway.

Actually at some cultures werefolfs doesn't need to actually see the full moon, they WILL turn into werefolf at every full moon.
