Completed the game twice, those two times killing someone. Then at my third try i realised there was something else hidden in the note to myself.

The recipe is in game. when you pick up the note by the fireplace there are TWO pieces of paper.when in the screen showing the note click the paper in the background and it is the recipe for the potion

this is suuuuuuuuuuch an awesome game, the only things I have a problem with is that the things that look like you can click on have a very small click zone, if you know what I mean? so you en up failing to click t and give up. Plus I don't seem to have found the recipie, the closest I've got I a journal that does not seem very recipieish :P
Love the game, especially the twist in that you're locking yourself up, I hope to see more games like this in the future :D 5/5, faved

I´ve seen so many games start "I woke up in a locked room. I can´t remember anything. I must find a way to escape." So love that contrary start.

Great game. A lot easier than some of the others I have played. I almost got it on the first try, but I had trouble nailing the boards to the window, it kept picking them up, so I tried the door and that worked. Needless to say the second time I did it. :) Love the style of trying to keep yourself from escaping.

Great game, I played it with pleasure. As for the potion formula: there is a journal on the table. It has more than one page :)

Is "A Calm Night" the best ending you can achieve? I got it once then used the walkthrough and got the same result so I assume it is. Good game, original concept (well not original but reversed) 6/5

Why do people complain about the root so much? The recipe is there, written on a piece of paper in the same screen as the cauldron. It's not that vague...

Muszę przyznać, że ta gra jest niesamowita. To jest zupełna odwrotność escape'a! Jestem naprawdę pod wrażeniem.
Dodatkowym atutem jest niepewność. W normalnym escape, wychodzisz i jesteś szczęśliwy, bo zrobiłeś wszystko. tu nie wiesz, czy to wystarczy, dopóki nie będzie już za późno, żeby cokolwiek zmienić. Gra świetna!

Now I'm no expert but wouldn't it be easier if you: 1. went to the local village. 2. located a playground with special baby swings. 3. get into one and wait.

@TheNumberNine you forgot to add that you MUST face the door, (which is blocked by the self) to achieve the best ending.

If you are like me, and don't want to upgrade your flash player, you can go play it on armor games or jayisgames instead where the flash isn't blocked 5/5

Quite easy... You should make more games like that though, it was 2 minutes of quality entertainment for most of us I suppose ;D
