For those who don't know how to make the correct potion - Use the herb, spice and the shroom, don't use the root. Use it on the meat and place the meat on the hook (where you find the herb). Hope it helped, and great game Scriptwelder! I loved this game, it's not the normal kind of escape game... In fact you don't have to escape.

Open the floor panel.
Take the spice and piece of meat.
Go back up
Put the herb in the pot above the fire.
Put the mushroom in the pot.
Put the spice on the pot.
Use the bottle on the pot to take the potion.
Use the potion on the meat.
Go right to the room with the bed and the candle.
Close the window.
Click the latch. If correct, the window will say "locked" if you try to open it.
Use the planks on the window.
Use the hammer with nails on the planks.
Go to the room with the chest and the hook
Hang the meat on the hook... ready for the beast.
Go to the front door.
Lock the door with the silver key.
Move the shelf so that it covers the door.
Chain yourself.
Tie yourself with the rope
Tap the hourglass

Unlock the chest with the golden key.
Take the hammer with nails from the chest.
Go left and left again.
Place the wood in the fireplace

You orchestrated this game very well. The hints you drop help keep the game in motion. One ending said that the window wasn't locked, but I boarded it up, why did it need to be locked? Then I looked again. There's a tiny hook.
Same goes for the potion hints. It doesn't last long, so its useless in human form. so maybe there was a way for me to eat it while being a werewolf?
