Step 4, dont listen to Plushtoize11. His strategy is very, very wrong. You want 2 max str/per. 1 per/int and 1 str/char. The first 2 are your workhorses. The third is your "minesweeper" at early game, as well as your catalogue person. Later game, you also use him to investigate a dig site. The 4th person is your email responder/guard. With 4 charisma, and 5 str, you can answer emails, and guard the entire night, without ever needing to buy security equip. I finished the game in 12 days.

My suggestions:
- Team: 1 guy with perfect STR, 1 guy with perfect PER and some INT, 1 with perfect INT and 4 STR and one with perfect CHA.
STR guy: digs and removes plants if needed. This should take up all of his time.
PER guy: explores dug spaces, inspects area when you don't know where to dig.
INT guy: catalogues at the end of the day, digs when he's needed (that's why he needs a lot of STR too)
CHA guy: deals with all emails and is the main night guard.
Always dig and explore the whole site before moving on. Spend unused points to guard in the night (you might need to assign more than 1 person to guard, especially early in the game). By spending points like this, you should be able to complete the game perfectly, I did this on my first try (with some luck).

...I know how you win, it's tough but here's how you win... you maybe won't discover everything (not even sure you could) but you can clear at least 2 digs.
step 1: You need one guy who sits there and does NOTHING.. this is actually very important, his stats need to be Intelligence and charisma (max charisma, min yellow intelligence), then you need everyone else with max strength.. these are your action points per day and are very important. Finally you need 1 perfect perceptive person. I went with 3 max str, 2max per, 2 max charisma, 1 max intelligence.

step 2: Don't waste your money on objects to clear brush , you'll rarely need to do it, don't buy maps for the same reason, buy the Phone, and improve digging equips first (but don't buy the last one, it's a waste for max str people) the exploration thing is also important, also important is the security stuff.
step 3: Dig blindly.. yeah you'll notice I don't have a guy with both max per and int, that's becuase the area is so small if you dig blindly and use you head you will always know where to search (compound this with the fact you will ALWAYS find more finds in a important area and you won't need a searcher at all)

"And for the dev... When picking your team, there is nothing that stops us from clicking "next" over and over until we get the person we want. Why not let us make characters with a set number of skill points to add. The way it works now we can pretty much do exactly that, but in a much more tedious way." -> THIS; i actually could not get right combo after 15 minutes of clicking which is unbarable; i rate 1/5

When I was younger (on the edge of the dawn of real computers) I had a teacher that brought in what I suppose you could call the grandfather of this game. An archaeology simulation game, which we spent 4 weeks using to develop our team work and critical thinking. Was the most fun I've ever had IN class at school.
This was a great expression of simply game mechanics in general, and for me personally, a bit of nostalgia. 5/5

You click on an area, then you wait for something to happen. There's a timer. About a second or two. Why? This game is entirely turn based strategy. There's no adds. Why the wait? It's not long enough to be important. Why have it at all?

Good, simple gameplay, original setting (this is the first archaeology simulation I've seen based on a European site), an interesting premise, and no bugs. 5/5

Okay, there should be an option to end the dig early if you've full-cleared it. I had a thief break in the last day and tank my score. Also, a campaign mode would be nice.

Does exploration level affect number of items found? I am not sure whether going from level 7 to 8 via metal detector is useful..

Interesting game, nice new idea. Just what we used to see from Scriptwelder! More levels would be nice, maybe a sequel? Anyway, another evening spent nicely, thanks a lot!

Too short, only 1 level. I like the concept and I like the game. But I would like to see a bigger version. 4/5 from me

I'm not even sure you need a 5 in Intelligence since I finished on day 8 with no team member with INT > 3. Having 5 STR on everyone gives you the extra AP that you need, so you can just catalog twice each day (4 AP instead of 2 AP)

OK, I paid attention to others' advice and picked characters with high strength. Cleared it all on day 13, and I already wish there were more levels. Going to recommend this to friends, and I will check out your other games!

Hmm thats a bit of a glitch, it said in game that i completed the Crypt, but the ending said i missed three squares... amazing

Like Megaswami says, it's creditability, not credibility - I've seen both in this game, actually, notably "creditability' on hovering over the star next to the day count.

A very sweet and thoughtfully constructed game. I just spent four hours playing it. Once you figure out the parameters of skills, it's very intuitive, but very strategic. Relaxing and engrossing--an introvert's dream. A few critiques: the game is overall very well translated into English, but the word is "Credibility" (it means "being believable, trustworthy"), not "Creditibility"; that's not a real word. I like the system of "messages" and the emphasis on the public relations aspect of archaeology, but it would be less tedious if there were more situations. Sometimes I had 2 visits from school children or the police every day! A very creative game. I look forward to seeing what you do with it.

Fun and Addicting game. I suggest if youre thinking "Should I try it?". The answer is YES. Its a great game with simple graphics, but good and fun game play. It will give you a good sit down.

Perfect party: Seeker (max int+per), PR guy (max cha+str), and two general purpose (max str+per).Level 3 upgrades except defense are useless if abilities are 5. Training levels the lowest stats, useless if munchkin.

I was enjoying the game up until the end screen, I uncovered every tile of all the ruins that were on my map, and I know because I had them all inspected fully, but the university was upset and insisted I didn't unearth a single ruin, also I catalogued everything, just barely by the end... GG.

Great game - hope the sequel will be a longer version of it. At the end of this one, I was approaching the 14th day and thought "I hope this is just the first of many sites".
