I love these boxhead games, but would like to see the gun shoot down the center line of your body, I get that it is in his right hand, but real shooters hold guns in both hands in front of one eye or another and near the center line.

No. The easiest way to get achievement is turn off friendly fire, go to big boxxy on nightmare mode and start chucking grenades. Don't stop, you can't be hurt by them. I got it in 3 mins.

Best way for achievement is make a room with fake walls while nightmare and no demons and shoot destroying a wall of the room.(Map Big boxy)

beastly strategy, on big boxy, set tons of barrels all over the map (make sure they're close together then just shoot one of them and watch the bodies fall.

Go to tight 2 on nightmare(remember to have all the things off) , block off all openings except top left, and shoot at the corner with your pistol. Easy achievement

Get the boxes often and dont run low on ammo - if you do use the rail gun!
