Under rating threshold (show) Good way to get a very high multiplier, Go to the level thin line on nightmare difficulty, switch to shotgun, and mow down all the zombies on the left, Then switch to rocket launcher and keep walking right while firing, you will very soon get rapidfire which will kill everything.
