Under rating threshold (show) I don't know if the badge is doable with demons, FF and collision off now. I've done it 3 times now (42+) and haven't gotten it. One time, I worked my way up for lv. 1 on easy (sooo long)

Under rating threshold (show) Got boring after my combo reached 750 =/ Just go to the level "Maze", set the difficulty to Nightmare, whip out your shotty and start shooting. You will have to move some but this WILL work if your competent.
