At the start [when your on Nightmare] just throw a bunch of grenades when there crowding you and youll get everything at once.

If you only want the badge turn off everything in the menu, select nightmare and "mazey" level. Stand close to the spawing point, and just throw grenades / shoot missiles like a motherlover(did not allow the f word :D). 15 points for 5 minutes work.

Pretty fun. I just started on Nightmare with no-clip and left trails of Barrels as I ran circles around the mobs of zombies. Then one handy shotgun blast set them all off in a chain reaction... like setting the fuse of dynamite, except the fuse is made of more dynamite!
4/5 since it has sort of low replay value.

-turn off demons
-select "nightmare"
-select "Big Boxy"
-Press "8" (Rocket Launcher)
-Go in center of level
-Shoot at top of level...
-Shoot at bottom off level
-Repeat
Youll kill about every zombie and win easily!!
