ARE YOU NOT GETTING THE BADGE? well heres how to get it: get to a lvl around 48-52 instead of 42, build a few fake walls to where you are safe, and let the game sit for about 5 minutes, the registration for each level is slow so you have to give the system time to catch up. PLUS THIS COMMENT TO HELP OTHER PLAYERS!

Nightmare mode with Shotgun on Fast with the Shotgun. It's so easy because if you keep collecting the ammo from the boxes, you just auto-shotty them down. Non-stop. I got to 42 easy.

Easy Way to Earn the Achievement: Go on Gladiator, block of both sides with the fake walls, line yourself up so that your in the middle, face any wall, shoot the fake wall down and hold space. Use the pistol. Keep holding down space and then click out of the screen and it will automatically shoot for you :D

hey you know whats fun about this game?if you go to the options and turn collision,devils, and friendly fire off and turn nightmare difficulty on and play on big boxy, u get madness and fun with rocket launcher and shotgun :)
