Dumb question but how do you know what level you're on? What marks the end of one level and the beginning of another?

Do what Klimtom says, it really works i got the achievement very easily thanks to his tip.
By the way, if you ran out of rocket launcher ammo, you can also use grenades.
If something went wrong and you destroyed the wall and zombies keep coming from everywhere, run and throw grenades everywhere until the wave finishes!

Something tells me that the zombies were criminals that were injected with a virus (as part of the "lethal injection" death penalty) that then proceeded to turn them into zombies. Therefore, that explains their dress code, as all prisons use a uniform that is unobtainable otherwise, in order to make sure that prisoners can be caught easily.
