Description
Want to learn the Japanese writing systems Hiragana and Katakana? The Serpent Scribe can help you. Use the addictive power of the classic “snake” game genre to get yourself to practice the alphabet without having to force yourself to do it.
How to Play
Turn the snake with the arrow keys. Aim to reach the kana character corresponding to the syllable shown in the target box in the center of
the game screen. Make sure you don’t hit any of the walls or the wrong character, or it’s game over!

Nice game. Attention, you need to remember the characters from the previous levels (since I know nothing of Japanese characters, that put me in some trouble, as I had remembered one as "smiley" and then there came another one looking smiley-like :D )
Those smiley-likes were so confusing... When I was developing the game, I thought for a minute that I had a bug - why was it telling me I had the wrong symbol? Then I realized that they were two different symbols and I chose the wrong one.

Great educational game. It would be cool to hear the sounds as well - if you could fit that in.
Thank you! I was hoping to get sound and music in as well, but didn't have the resources for that. If it will seem like it could be successful enough, I'll add it in a future update.

This is so cool, I'm using it to teach my friend hiragana! But please add scores, and maybe a leaderboard, that would make it more fun!
