The only thing that could make this game better is if you could map the arrow keys. It sucks playing this with a keyboard that has the up and down arrows squished to fit between right and left on one row.

doesn't scale to my screen size? noticed this while loading, clicked options and now I can't click the exit button as its off of my screen

anyone else think its more difficult because when u hit an arrow key the note stays there kinda cause of the outline effect thing

Just re-joined Kongregate to post this: awesome games, like the previous ones. Only quibble is that the numbers are colored like the arrows. I can feel the hemispheres of my brain separating as I head into clusters of numbers and arrows. But hey, your call. Thanks for the game!

I'm sorry, but I had to significantly lower my rating for this game after playing for a bit. I used to love this series, but the last 2 really bombed. I can not stand to listen to most of the songs, and you really screwed the controls on this one. The 4th should never had been made.

Chuck Norris played this game.and beat it in one second....Justin Bieber also played this game but he's dead from starvation because he couldnt figure out how to get past the start screen.

I switched to 1234 hold keys and found that they too ARE BACKWARDS!!! COME ON!! In what parallel Universe does one put (from top to bottom) 4,3,2, then 1 ?! This is causing a conflict in my brain that makes me have to constantly reverse my normal way of thinking!

Honestly... I like the new visuals with the stickman, but that's about it... SCGMD3 was a bit of a disappointment for me as the songs just weren't as good as 2 and this game has the same problem in my opinion... Also when I play it feels out of sync, the music and the notes... That's probably just my computer though.
Actually they were backwards in 3 and now they are fixed. If you hold your keyboard like a guitar (as martian-fingers suggests) 4 should be the highest pitch note.

Too bad later Pro levels are designed mainly around hitting 2 button 50 times in a row. Previous SCGMD had more interesting designs, now it's just 'meh' even with fancy boss battles and achievements.

to be honest, i think the scgmd series has died, 3 completely ruined the game. this game made a big improvement, but it has absolutely nothing on the second game. i have no intention to offend the creator or any fans of this game, just speaking my mind.
