These dudes have made the same game about 8 times now. I guess it's a little more polished every time they slap a new coat of paint on, but I'm bored.

You guys make some of the best casual games around. Only criticism here is that by the time you've ground (grinded?) enough to unlock the coolest of the weapons and upgrades, you're kinda already sick of the game.

might be a bug - when a higher weapon is bought, but u decide to stay with a lower tier. Pick up a temp weapon during stage - resets ur perm. weapon to the highest one available... rly annoying :/

Spent 5 hours playing on this game and finally got all the guns, although at that point there's like hardly any challenges left lol. Seriously, if you're going to have 99 achievements then at least put two extra bosses or something. 4/5 because it was rather addicting.

Completely agree with jixxer.. Just WTH man ???? Just the same game with a crappy intro.. But thanks for testing endurance limit of my system through ur LAGGY game.. Did u want to score more brownie points with players who haven't tried ur game ?? If so.. the old one was way better. 1/5. U could have given atleast some new content. Let me REITERATE 1/5

As pjt33 said: Seems easier not more difficult than the original version. Game beaten with Pulse gun in hand, 3 weapons / 2 abilities and 2 support still to unlock. And the unlocked things only partially upgraded

Seems easier than I remember the first one being. I've just killed the last boss and I still have three weapons yet to unlock.

How is this any different from the last game? It has the same problems. Achievements should be a reward, not a requirement to unlock most of the game, weapons, power ups, and bonus levels.

Fuel is needed for the jet pack which you use to skip portions of a stage. Skip 6 times to complete the 'jet pack' quest.

@Runeangel: I can second CluelessWonder, actually. If I equip the Laser (very decidedly my preference over the Rocket Launcher) and pick up the Tesla gun, once the tesla gun runs out the game treats my default weapon as the rocket launcher--which is the last weapon I've bought. Every time.

I so badly want to be able to equip the tesla gun, especially because the rocket launcher tracks the final boss when it's offscreen and ends up being more trouble than it's worth. Please make this possible!

Loved this game the first time, like it even better now. Really wish it had been a sequel though. The one thing it really needs is a quality option.

@CluelessWonder: You claimed that when you run out of ammo after a weapon pickup, your weapon reverts to the most recent purchase. I've checked and double-checked this and this simply is not true. The weapon switches back to the one you have equipped as it should!

I wanna like this game, but whether I play this or the old version won't make any difference. Nothing was changed, not even any streamlining. It's been 2 years since the first cyber chaser and if after that time you just release it again with just a different color palette then I can't be bothered.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
As great as it is that I can select any purchased main weapon, the game *really* ought to remember which that was even after I run out of ammo for the first weapon pickup in any stage. Instead of just reverting to the most-recent purchase.

I was expecting new weapons or something. But everything is the same, guns abilities support and bosses. The only things that have changed is the color theme ad his clothes.

the fact that the game was remade, but no improvement no matter how small is really really saddening, I expected more than this.

This is well above average for a runner. Yeah, it might not be new but flash games frequently don't get this kind of developer dedication. I appreciate that the dev would revisit an old game and add something to it.

I find the heart logo inside the health bar tricks my eyes into thinking I have more health than I may actually have. Overall, I like this game more than I initially thought I would.
