I found myself repeatedly swarmed by enemies, even at max speed (though that may be user error). Part of it may be the movement, the ship moves faster diagonally than straight. Staying at range is difficult due to the enemies' speed and small viewing area. Furthermore, I seem to be unable to hit anything outside the viewing area, the bullets simply stop existing. This makes kiting difficult. The health regen is of dubious usefulness, the skill that heals upon area clearing was much more helpful; it is not bound by the maximum percentage of the regen. At the end, I found myself with ten thousand bits and nothing to spend it on.
It would be convenient if I could hit the shortcut to the shop or skills menu while either is open and if the edge of the square was more delineated, as if with faint line or something of the sort. Movement and bullet speed at the beginning is painfully slow, the former makes navigating the areas annoying and the latter makes hitting anything annoying.

To be honest, the game would be a lot better if there were options for what to do after maxed out, such as continuing being able to level damage and fire rate with extra bits. Why limit it? Maybe some people wanna grind to one shot the final boss, or shoot 50k pellets in a single click.

Decent game with good mechanics. The ending was very anticlimactic though. Otherwise could do with some sort of minimap or a way to see what's in the current square.

I'm pretty sure you only regenerate to certain percentage of your full health, hence the upgrades that increase "Maximum Regen Percentage"
Regen definitely works though, or I would have died very early from having no health. But it always seemed to go back to roughly 50%

If the zone has 0/3 and the enemies are not moving the counter, it is the square levels. you have to kill the squares to move the counter.

oh gosh... this game is like the example of bad programming... I cant even count how many times I got stuck on "kill x enemies" stages when the game just stopped calculating them... I killed like 30 and still had 0/3 or 2/3.... sometimes it randomly calculated one more but usually I was in endless waves of enemies...

I don't know it it resets from time to time playing but here a spoiler: 9,0; 9,-2; 8,-4; 7, -3.
The bosses are pretty easy because if you keep enough distance they do not spawn enemies, just shoot em down.
All in all an ok game.

I haven't finished the game and won't
This game makes me feel wierd, with all the idle games there are you would expect this game to be a breath of fresh air, but its really not, this game is the most boring upgrades based game i have ever played some upgrades have no reason to exist, weapon cost makes no sence, regen is useless sometimes enemies just kind of hack the system and go right into your face, there is practically no use for the other guns after you get the launcher with a few upgrades in it, bosses are all litteraly the same, and even thought you only need to kill 4 of them , some are so spread appart, with the added boringness of the game that is just not worth playing this, i feel like im kinda giving this game too much hate but people would understand if this game was published like 9 years ago

Less than half of the map cleared and everything is already maxed. The area is too big and traveling between cleared screens is very cumbersome.

When you finish the game a mysterious sound clip plays. It sounds like reversed audio of someone saying something, so I reversed it. It's a voice saying "UTF8 e2 88 9e". UTF8 is the method computers use to encode special characters in text, like > $ ^ & etc. Anyways. e2 88 9e is the hex code used to store the character ∞ "infinity". No clue what the meaning of that is in this context, but that's what it says for those who are wondering.

For those of you who think that regen is not working, it is actually working, but you can only regen up to a certain percentage of your health (for example, even with the max regen upgrade in skill tree, you can only regen up tp around 70% of your max health. The max health regen without any upgrades is even lower, so most of the time you cannot notice them

Should have made a super upgrade at the end of game for everything speed guns regen. If they did that i would be more interested in doing more then fighting 4 bosses and ending the game

Great game, has a cool idea that I haven't seen before. Exploration makes me feel like I am making progress, even though it may not accomplish anything. Great Job! \('o')/

Fun game, simple and decent style. Balance could be better and I also don't seem to find any benefit from regen. Once you have the health replenish after finishing an area it doesn't really matter. I'm giving 5 to support fun free games.

can you do that if I press m or n and get out of the map or upgrades and then press space it would take me to the shop no the last opened thing
other then that amazing game even tho its short

having the same issue with regen not doing anything. left the game open for 10+ mins at half health with upgraded regen and my health bar did not move one pixel.

The game was quite easy, and a bit boring to me. I was able to defeat the bosses without taking a single hit, seeing as they don't notice you unless you get really close to them.

Cool game. The launcher seems disappointing; I find the shotgun far more useful, unless trying to shoot through a building. Also I ran out of upgrades well before I got to whatever the end is, but the enemies keep getting tougher anyway. So, I'm out... but 4/5 for excellent gameplay and simple but practical and fun upgrades/mechanics.

"Hint: Your health reached zero." "Hint:Triangles becomes squares when they die" "HINT: HINTS ARE SUPPOSED TO MEAN SOMETHING AND BE HELPFUL." Aside from that. Great game harking back to the golden times of Bubble Tanks

Does regen even work? I've upgraded my regen speed and purchased the first skill in the recovery tree, but my health is not going back up.

No, I'm not going to use another browser. Chrome is not exactly rare. Saving isn't working.
Also, when I turn off the sound, all the sound should stay off.

The controls are clunky, the game is not smooth, I think it needs a lot more polish. It also needs a lot more to be interesting and different. A very basic, rough shooter so far. Keep working at it!

Neat game. Has some Bubble Tanks in there (as others have said) but I'm more reminded of the classic Hexcelle (just without the quite insane upgrade scheme). 5/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I have a ton of complaints, many of which can be described as 'bubble tanks but worse'
that said. . .5/5 not a stupid idle or clicker

Enemy speed is broken. If you move around too much they'll hit ridiculously high speeds very fast and essentially stick to you.

Game mechanics are a bit lackluster, but 10/10 on sound design. Excellent handling of encounter music and leveling notifications!
