when its a 50-50 shot between say girlfriend and boss always pick girlfriend as ur will probably make the boss happy during the game.
really dont see much of a difference between work heart rates, but i still like the max work rate for games and having a drink at half time if i am losing or tied.
if you have difficulty in a certain skill, use the more expensive drink option to get points for that skill, i was having trouble with free kicks so that helped. When your free kick skill is higher, you get more opportunities to do the free kick.

Nothing amazing happens when you win the pretty much impossible CUP Final. But if u really want to go far. if your playing in a CUP Round and your losing, just refresh your screen and start the game over again so you get the win.
Always get the best shoes you can buy.
Changing teams or getting trade, u could get a little more money but ALL you lifestyle bars go back to 50%, stay with a team, that way u dont have to waste money on all those bars everytime you transfer
Negotiate, your star rating has to be high and ur boss bar has to be at least 75% then play the low high game, good luck with that.

Quick Tips I learned on my way to a Italy Cup Championship
Start in America, its easier to win than in England, Italy, or Spain
Once you are the best in America and you have money for things, then move to one of the other three, they are basicly the "HARD LEVELS" of this game
Spend all your money on the cheap energy drinks
Be mindful that as ur star rating goes up, so do prices
Throw all rational thoughts out the window, yes drinks cost more than ur salary etc. deal with it
Focus on team bar first, making that 100%. That way you get more opportunities during a game, more opportunities = more goals = happy boss and fans
once in a while do something with your girlfriend, if not she could cut your team bar or boss bar in half!
buy properties as they will help gain energy

What I don't understand - during the Intercept part, when you are supposed to prevent the player passing the ball to his teammate(s), he sometimes kicks the ball completely off the screen (as in he kicks it in such a way that makes it for his teammates - not to mention your own character - impossible to catch), yet it counts as your failure.

The negotiation needs to give you a LITLLE bit more of a chance of success. Maybe the better your relationship with the boss, the more predictable the numbers? Just a thought... Love the game!

Twice now I have made a great pass that my player just beats the defender to. My player shoots the ball into the net, but we do not get a goal for it. In fact the play, is scratched totally. There is no resolution...it does not mark it that I made a good pass, the time just continues as if I never had the ball in the first place.

AHAHAHAHA I got to about 7.7 star rating when I realized there's more than the first page of shoes xD For everyone else - you can see the rest of the shoes by clicking and dragging up on the shoe screen. And also 5/5 for an awesome game with lots of potential :D

Training technique turned out to be a huge mistake--where I click on the ball is now annoyingly sensitive. Can we have an option to turn this back down?

Entertaining game, 4/5! Some improvements: Be able to look through the match log at the end, show some more statistics after match (eg. possession, other players goals) see an overall team rating that improves when you win and lowers when you loose that other teams also have, and be able to see the entire game in a split-screen with the log on one side. Rate + if you agree

Instead of raising the price of energy drinks every time your star rating / salary increases, why not keep the price static and put a limit on how many drinks you can consume per week? After all, drinking too many of those things can't be healthy.

The game is addicting although there are some major bugs, one of which comes to mind. I was out of cash(3 gold) and decided to try the casino for kicks.More specifically the slots. Some time later i had bought every luxury item, capped happiness to 100% (all skills were already at 100%) and had 500 gold left to spare. Obv there is something wrong if i can get huge amounts of money from casino when as a professional athlete i get a lot less than that.

for some reason i'm not getting the Arcade on fire badge even if I did a score of 17. I tried refreshing the page, doing another arcade game and exiting, doing a career and exiting but nothing works. it's the only badge i'm missing... anyone else has this problem?

This game is fantastic, you should only add some competitions, for example Champions League and why not World Cup, with the possibility to be called if your rating is good
