As a programmer, the game definitely has programming issues. Even the menus are lagy at times, and I normally have 0 problems with flash games. It's a great game if this could be fixed!

@smokoko: You are taking the criticism the wrong way. People are only as angry as they are because of how fun this game is, but not being able to actually play it is infuriating.

The fact that 2 electric cars can ram you, completely disable all control over the vehicle, back up and ram you again until you're dead is just a beyond horrible design.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Ok, just beat the game. Why wait until people have finished everything to let them get the final upgrade? There's not much point to even having it if you never actually need it.

Random stun gun enemy doesn't outright kill you. Simply disables all input and leaves the game hang for 30 seconds. This is on top of the shoddy programming practices. The developer should learn to be more receptive to genuine suggestions rather than blaming the players for not running computers that would put google to shame.

hmm, well it's fun and engaging... but, the memory/performance bugs are causing alot of issues, switching between menus is the main culprit, although there seems to be memory issues with resources between areas(1-6, 7-12, etc.), can get upto 1.5GB of memory usage... fun! 3/5 at the moment, as these issues can be resolved with a simple refresh, and the auto-save is very good.

needs performance tweaks, and fine tuning of levels, so you are less likely to get stuck. also, glitches are a hassle
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
never seen anything this glitched in all my years of kongregate(im a member since '07) make the top new games, very suspicious. 1/5 for the free.eee..eee.......zzze..eeee..eeee!

A game like this should not have any performance issues. The graphics and gameplay are not complex or fancy enough to require a higher end computer. The fault lies with the programming, not with peoples computers not being good enough.

One of the worst games I've ever played. After you lose your first car, you have to buy a brand new one, costing you a fortune. There's no strategy whatsoever since you can't dodge anything. Just drive forward and shoot, get blown up, then try to do it again. Just really awful gameplay, 1/5.

I'm not sure PC performance is a good explanation for this. I play a lot of other games on the site and they either run fine, or can run somewhat slowly but still significantly better than this. The game doesn't just go slow, it flat out hangs up occasionally, and gave me a game-breaking graphical bug the first time I played it. On the second level. If my PC were at fault, why aren't all the other high performance games doing the same thing? Why aren't all the conventional PC games I play like Skyrim and Dead Island doing the same thing with medium-to-high settings. I can't find my PC at fault here; there's definitely something wrong with the code.

Well I'll admit, dear fellows, that I have had barely any problems with the game itself, the lightning trucks never killed me, and honestly I've rather liked the game. While yes I would enjoy something added onto it (*cough* mute button *cough*) I found this rather entertaining. 4/5.

Idk, switching to low quality in the main menu got rid of the freezing every time I pick up an item or shoot a rocket. I agree that that was a pretty ill advised response up there though, developer...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tank blows me up after the first level, so I have to buy a new car, and it isn't good enough to get me past the first two enemies of the first level, so I already have to start a ridiculous grind. On top of that, the game lags every time I pick up an item or kill an enemy. I can play current retail games with pretty much all the graphical detail settings at max, I shouldn't have to play a free flash game on low quality.

Shocker trucks absolutely ruin the game. It's often impossible to kill them before they touch you, and if they touch you it's instakill. Also, the game runs slow even on low settings on my high-performance PC...this game should be flagged for rating inflation
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For the record, the game is fairly fun, but the arrogance of the developer to claim "Oh, it isn't my fault the code sucks, it's yours" made me rate this game quite low.

The developer response to poorjar is a joke. I have a top-of-the-line PC and it still lags badly over time. Your code is full of memory leaks. Learn to fix them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Bugs, glitches, lags etc. Good potential but the game is too broken as is... and considering the devs attitude, well... it's probably not getting fixed

The game is very glitchy, the car suddenly stopped driving but the foreground kept going, oh and the wheels... It looked very weird, then completely crashed.
I see some great potential in the game, but I can see why people are talking about the glitching and crashing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game looks like it's cool as hell. But you can't expect us to play it when it crashes and freezes all the time! Until then, 3/5

Funny that a lot of the positive comments here are from level 1 accounts, and are written in the same poor English as the developer. Hmmmmm.
