The first area ran okay, but once I got to the grasslands things got really glitchy, such as not being able to fire a loaded cannon for a moment after it's loaded, and suddenly stopping for no reason. Just a stretch of grass and I come to a dead stop? Happens all the time in grasslands. The controls are also iffy. Space as jump is a bad choice, but it also doesn't jump every time either. Altogether it makes the game not fun to play.

After a few upgrades, it is obvious what the upgrades do. The battering ram makes it so you take less damage. The armor gives more health. The cannon upgrades the cannon and decreases reload time. Wheels make you move faster and not slow down as much. + so others will see this.

Great game of the genre. All that I have to say have been said already: describe what upgrades and power ups does and gold magnet should work on gold rush. It does not have the lag problem that other games of the genre usually have in late levels when there's too much goin' on. Difficulty and challenge scales well. This game deserve some badges.

The music is pretty great for the style of game. Kinda feels epic and funny, wonderful (just repeating, could use more tracks for the different levels).
The upgrades really need some form of tooltip that at least says what and how much it improves, should be quickly done.
Could use some more levels that dont repeat, some form of "random generator" would be really cool.
Could totaly see me playing this type of game on a mobile device for a long time, has potential if the little things are fixed (tooltip, really, do it !).

Shield: makes you immune to damage, Ballista: adds a bow that can destroy obstacles, Repairer: restores your life points over time, Reloader: decreases your cannon reloading time

I think i found what each upgrade does
Cannon: reduces time to reload the cannon, Armor: increases your life points, Ram: reduces the damage you take, Wheels: makes you jump higher

if you want to build coins faster for the upgrades use the smallest cart and coin one of the tnt barrels and just let it roll until it dies on its own.

Customizing the controls would be a nice option, because I typically don't like to use spacebar for anything. Also jumping felt a little sticky. Even on low quality, it lags a lot when you encounter enemy castles and spam cannonballs (maybe take out the explosion particle effects?). The tracking for the cannon was a little disappointing, but the tracking on the ballista was just plain upsetting. Coins w/ a value of 1 each have no place in a game w/ upgrade costs as high as these. All in all, not a stellar example of the genre. 2/5.

um...it would be nice if the "repairer" actually, you know, REPAIRED the cart! it doesn't seem to be having any effect...at +2 upgrade!

The loading pauses when you are not looking at it, and it takes AGES. Pretty terrible design if you want people to actually play your game.

Don't bother upgrading your ram on the third machine. You'll spend most of your time getting stuck in the environment or even flipped over. Either the wheels need to have a larger diameter or the ram needs to be pointed up. It's like having your car lowered to the ground, looks badass but worthless in everyday use.

Oh, God forbid you accidentally press the spacebar before the bomb starts to roll. You'll just sit there like an idiot, unable to move or leave the game to head back to a menu or something...
