To get a perfect on level 5 aim the arrow at the part where the top of the house comes down and aligns with the side of the house.

I don't get it. I shoot somebody with the sharp side in the head, and they dont die, yet in the windmill level, one of the arrows shanks the windmill blade, and the feathers kills the guy. He probably laughed and ran out of air space..
