How to get the "Perfect Gentleman Badge"? I've done all the levels but it says i only have 32, what am i missing? Thanx in advance.

I don't especially like the easy badge, because I find that I get more silver than bronze medals. That isn't the games fault, so no minus there. Just a little too similar to the first, 4/5.
