Once you get used to the weird controls this is a neat little game. I quite like the wall jumping once I got used to it - although it did mean I managed to get several chests in unconventional ways by wall jump dash - wall jump repeat. I though it was cool though as they were hard to get that way.

Oh heck... did I just lose my save game? I'd saved progress at the blue crystal in town after getting a short way in to dungeon 2, but I only have the option to start a new game when I refreshed today.

Decent game to be honest. After the key remapping the gae got singnificantly more relaxing. The portal challanges not too hard, the wall jumping mechanic was a life saver for most situations, the last stage after the final boss felt a little too easy in a sense that the escape didn't feel... urgent, I easily defeated most enemies and got the levers without any issue. Apart from that solid game, had a lot of fun

Also, wall jump is no longer working for me, and for every time I click off of game and back on performance degrades.

Continuing my trial and signs keep getting me killed caus If I try to shoot while too close to one it goes into dialogue and monster squishes me, need a separate key for shooting and interact. Jump+W+L still doesn't seem to work right.

The boss Natt'as Doombringer is completely unbeatable. There's no way to hit its upper-right shield generator without the shot being blocked by its shield.
It should be easier now since I fixed the bug with the fire shot fragments not destroying them. Also if you are having a tough time try the assist mode options. Thanks for the feedback.

Level II-1. If you get the hint, you can get a bunch of gold right at the start. If you then die, you can repeat every 10 seconds or so until you have enough gold to max everything and buy all items. Just don't max vitality or buy life-related items until you have all the gold you want. For the dev: I'd suggest either making it a one-time event or once the shortcut is used, it's rebuilt more stable. Also, maybe say it's press AND HOLD B to return to the village, seems obvious in retrospect, but it took me a while trapped before the first boss to figure it out.
The level was designed this way intentionally. We tried to make the game playable for most people, thus the reason we added assist mode options into the game, which basically are cheats that can be activated any time. As for the press and hold b, that's not a bad idea. Thanks for the feedback.

Using J for both fire and going through doors is super wonky. Especially in the second dungeon where you have enemies on the other side of doors.

I got bugged on a moving spikes on dungeon 1 5 or 6 dont remember, in where you need to activate a lever to progress I went OOB inside a wall, thankfully I died to a moving pilar that was below me, also, the wall jump and dash can be done in such a way that you can climb one wall without touching another, i.e. I got somewhere I wasnt supposed to be in the level selection, where the secret chests are.

If you are stuck Hold B to return to Village, its fine to leave a stage because you can come back and continue on the same stage later don't be afraid to go back and save, you can also choose to Re-enter from stage 1-1 or 2-1 depending on the door,i had to grind some more to be able to kill the Ice Boss. Just some tips for anyone that's wondering.

Having up be the only jump is worse, making it really clumsy trying to do maneuver mid-air and wall jump. I'd suggest letting both up and a separate button both make you jump. Also, I'd make "climbing" be automatic, so you don't have to be pressing three direction buttons at once.

I don't like how it locks you into a boss battle, I want to be able to go and grind gold to get abilities and skill upgrades.

Since you've been so cool about implementing other suggestions, I'm going to pull the "Give a Mouse a Cookie" thing and *really* start nitpicking.
The corners of platforms seem to be ever-so-slightly rounded. Or maybe it's the corners of the character's hit box that are ever-so-slightly rounded. In any case, if I overhang a ledge by *just* the right amount, I kind of "slip" off, slowly at first, but then rapidly.
It would be really cool to have a menu where I could reread the Lore Stones I've found. Cooler still if it would tell me whether I've found all of them, or if there are more hiding somewhere. Actually, it would be pretty cool to know if I've found all the treasure chests too. I spent quite a while replaying the 2nd level, trying to find that tombstone, only to finally realize that I'd already picked up the secret treasure cache on my 1st playthrough.

I've finally gotten the hang of climbing a single wall, with no opposite wall to alternate to. I'm not sure if it's the new controls, or the fact that I finally realized that jumping off a wall refreshes my dash, or some combination of the those factors. Now I've managed to climb that sheer wall to the right of that floating island with the tombstone on the main map. My curiosity is sated, though I'm a little sad that there wasn't a treasure chest up there.

I'm really digging the new controls. I just went and re-did the final boss, and my success rate at jumping, then dashing upward to race the boss to the top was much improved. The one issue I've had is that it no longer seems to be possible to jump while standing on an enemy's head. Anyway, I've upped my rating of the game to 5 stars.

Seems like a fun game so far, but the jump key is a bit sticky. Would seriously improve QoL if the jump control was tighter.

ughhhh i've completed the game but still can't figure out where the secret gravestone is in the second dungeon. and yes, I did discover the hidden gravestone on the start map.

well now "L" doesn't do anything ,"K" dashs alright, "J" is used to make an action (levers) and shoots an arrow , it also start conversation -not "F"- while "F" only skip the convo

I dont like the cliffhanger =( Why tell us that "something happened" if the game ends. Giuve us at least a little bit more ionformation on what happened. This gives a sense of conclusion.

There is still an issue with W not working, even after interaction was changed to J (example: the first lava pit with the "Do not swim in lava" sign. The sign is on the edge, and W does not work in that area, so you have to jump from afar, making the jump very difficult). Also the tutorial is now wrong, it reads "Press L" while dashing is now K. Oh, and a sweet bug: the stamina continues to replenish while the upgrade menu is displayed (U), even though the rest of the game is paused, very very handy for bosses.

This is one of the best platformer I've ever played. Sure there are small issues like W for both reading and jumping, but otherwise this game is gold
Currently working on creating key bindings. Also you can always use the assist mode to change game difficulty values. Thanks for the feedback.
Edit: Controls should be better now after the update.

Really enjoyed the game. Interesting story, would be nice if there was some kind of journal/board that could fill with information. This would make it easy to read in one place and give you an indication if you missed some.
The upgrade symbol would indicate there was an available upgrade when there wasn't one. This only started happening after I maxed one of the attributes. Look forward to your future games.
Gotta see what's the issue with the upgrade icon. Thanks for playing the game and the feedback, it is highly appreciated. Looking forward to implement all the new stuff in the future versions.
Hope you enjoyed the game.

What is the reason for this game to hide my mouse cursor? I could understand if it was in full-screen mode, but as is there will always be other stuff on my screen requiring my attention occasionally and not knowing where the mouse is then is annoying. Please reconsider this.

It might be good to make it so you can customize controls. Until then, up should jump and down should make you look down. You mentioned that you need up to control the dash direction, but since you never actually need to dash up while on the ground it's not a problem. You just keep holding up and hit dash to dash up.
Working on the key rebinding system right now. Also I uploaded a new version where you can jump with "W" or up arrow and look down with "S" or down arrow. Really helpful tip from you. Thanks for the feedback.

The game seems pretty cool. Sadly there too much key for simple thing, or the ergonomy is not ok. For example, why dont you use up as the interacting key? Why not adding open ability panel and return back to the village to the open/close menu?
The dash, shoot and change equipped skill should be just together on the keyboard.
All in all, this fell unnatural and prevent people to play more than 5 min, although the game seems really polished otherwise.
