Yes I finally got all the badges. Great game. I will admit I per-fur upgrade game but this game was not build for upgrades and it would just not work. I have no complaints about the game did I get disheartened at time yes but I kept playing anyway. Badges are not that hard to get overall. I suggest just picking a mission or two to shoot for and not worrying about trying to get so much treasure or get a distance that will just come along the way. I see great things in this sequels future keep up the great work.

I hate upgrades and am glad this game doesn't have them. Upgrades turn a skill game into a grinding game, I like my progress to be from my personal skill increasing. I would like to be able to choose the level I start on since the beginning is quite slow once your better at the game. The challenges are great btw, love the deadly path. Please DON'T add upgrades to the sequel.
Don't worry, we are planning to satisfy every players ! If we add upgrades, they will improve the game experience bringing new stuff, not necessarily making the game easier.

Great game, 5/5 and favved, only flaw I see is, that it says in the hints that going on the right edge doesn't makes you go faster. It actually does, if you make your leap of faith earlier ('cuz you are on the right edge), you are going a bit faster. Also, if you are dashing, it makes the background move a little faster. There still would be no problem with this, except, that the game tells me, that I ran less far, than it should be (I have reached end of zone1 with anywhere between 240 and 260 meters). This might not be a bug, but I think that a zone should be equally long each time you make it.
Actually zone length depends on the random game sequences you've been through. But you're right about the Leap of faith, there could be a error of 20 meters according to your position in the screen. Thanks for noticing those details !

In order to get the 85% of Loot Unlocked achievement remember some of the loot can be gained from the challenges on the main menu.

i think it really sucks that you have to kill the shadow guys and cant throw a dagger its not fair you can do it to all the other guys why not him? anyway its cool how its a action game but like every one else weres the upgrades can you jump any higher

If there's to be a shop or an "upgrades" type thing, I'd prefer that it only upgraded certain items and that, at some point further down the (literal) road in the game, the upgrades would be required or else an obstacle will be so obscenely hard it's worth the effort to just spend the scrap on that. However, unlike a majority of people and their damned "upgrades", I rather like that you, as a PLAYER, have to get better at the game rather than buy upgrades until the game plays itself for you. To me, it gives the game a higher sense of progression each time you hit a new level and go "Hell yeah! I'm getting even BETTER at this!"

I really enjoy this game. I love the movement and feel of the character. The obstacles and stage interaction are really nice and intuitive. The stages are also designed to well in a mix of challenge and free flowing fun. It takes the best parts of a platformer and adds just a little more speed and tension because of the infinite runner mechanics. However, because it's an infinite runner, the set level design becomes a little more tedious after multiple replays. I'd say if there is a sequel have a campaign mode like this and have another mode, unlockable or not, that is randomly generated throughout the whole thing.
I don't think upgrades are needed for the game to be fun, but perhaps more costumes and such to unlock to give more of a sense of progression. Also if possible, could you allow us to toggle music on/off separately from effect sounds? The soundtrack is nice but gets repetitive after a few playthroughs. I'd like to listen to my music while also hearing the game effects.
I know replaying from the start could be frustrating and be sure we will improve this aspect in Rogue Soul 2. About music/sounds, I will try as well, but I cannot promise ! Thanks for your feedback.

WOW. I just found out that clicking mission will tell you what you need to do to get the loot. Here I am with 90% loots not having known that...

Ive been playing this game for days now. I have way too much to say about it so I'll just keep it short. My problems have been the same as everyone else's. The number 1 thing I'd want is upgrades to your character. Despite the games flaws..it is for some reason one of the most addicting games Ive ever played. I keep coming back to it again and again. I just got the final hard badge so..nothing left to do but...if you can iron out the problems of this game in the sequel, you could have a Game of the Year on your hands. I've put a lot of hours into this for a flash game and I completely love it.

omg u should make another game rouge soul 2 where he goes to like a big cirie like a roman city and then instead of one bandit he has to beat there is alot and you can buy stuff to make him look cooler not just the outfits like the helmets and more swords this game is awesome

Right, from what I can gather the double jump system is you are allowed 2 at the start of each game. These are denoted by the white wings in the top left and the way to get more is by giving the flowers to the maidens which will give you another 5 per time. I think this system should have been more clearly explained, but hope this helps

I feel that more of a story could counter act the lack of upgrades if it will be in the future. Maybe different environments and challenges all to become the most wanted. I feel as though too many upgrades could destroy the fun of increasing your own personal skill.

ok...there is one trap i think you should be able to escape, because it's too easy to get into and there is no way of knowing its there

I really enjoyed the challenge mode after the game more than the actual game. I think you have a really solid base in this game but different scenery or missions would be really nice almost in an assassins creed style. I'm definitely looking forward to a sequel.

I can see where you put assasins creed (I II or III?)moves. i like it! however, i think you should make the soldiers a bit harder, because ive only been killed once by them and like, 50 times by the spear men

The more I play this game, the more I like it. Some people are asking for upgrades and more continues, but this is more of a challenge. It's something you can work towards and see your improvement as you go. A lot of games these days feel like if you just put in enough time and mouse clicks then you're guaranteed victory.

Wow, this protagonist has a serious chip on his shoulder. He's not a subsistence thief; he clearly enjoys stealing people's hard-earned stuff and murdering the breadwinners of countless families. What's more, he feels inadequate when he sees that there's a more notorious serial killer/thief out there, and his immediate response is to go on a crime spree, smashing, stealing, or murdering every store front, valuable, or guard that he sees. All that aside, it is a nicely designed game. Good work!

I've killed more than 10000 guards, plunder the entire economy of my town, steal more than 700 flower just to seduce a girl, take off the clothes of all inhabitants...
And all that for what ? Proving that I can beat a guy at stealing ?
Am i proud ?
Yeah right !!
And to prove my happiness, i keep stealing but dressed as a purple clown !
Love this game ;)

I play day after day to get 100% and what I unlock is a smiling clown with a purple hat. LOL! I enjoyed the game a lot !
In my opinion, a sequel needs a story, levels to complete (think about current, great challenges; ideas are already here) and bosses to beat. (I once played a great jumpnrun where they zoomed the screen out when bosses came. Gives more space to jump around.)

I dont get the loot percentage: I achieved 39 out of 44 missions (88%). But the game shows me only 63 %. Whats wrong with it?
