BTW, the deadly path could be more challenging. This game is great, but too easy. I'd like more difficult challenges.

F*ck the haters SG, theyve gotten so spoiled playing on this site due to game developers caving in and giving them upgrades. Do none of you remember mario, or sonic? You didnt have upgrades in those games but you played them until you mastered them. This is the same. Stop bitching.

I can see why people are giving it a low rating, because they probably only played a few runs found it hard and stopped playing. I too at first found it a challenge and therefore did not like it, but once i got better i found myself loving it, but still can't get beyond zone 5. No it does not need upgrades as you can think of the in game items as upgrade to a certain extent, any personal upgrades would ruin the game, as it is all about timing and reflexes which comes from the player not the character. 4/5

True, this game is challenging. The thing with upgrades is that it makes players play the game longer. I love a good arcade game though, and I may be one of the only players who think this is good without upgrades. I would appreciate more checkpoints though.

cool game, the fact double jump comes and goes blows, like nearly game ruining that it is an item and not a baseline ability of the character, the weapons being a pick up is also irritating but acceptable. all in all great idea, poor execution i got bored after zone 2. 2/5

Glad to see another game from Soulgame! I loved soul driver and was anxiously awaiting a sequel. Although this is not a a sequel it is pretty close in the spirit and style of the game. BRAVO!

Changing controls doesnt always work. I didnt bother playing beyond trying to figure what controls worked and what didnt. Make the defaults more logical or fix the options.

aha, atlantica, that would take the whole entire example out of what the game is suppose to be, it's just mastering the move's and that's it, don't need upgrades for that.

if the controls is a little bit challenging for you, you can change the controls option... i changed mine too AWSD and dagger=E, slide=SPACE, parachute=Q. my configuration is easier to master and only need 1 hand. click + so everyone can see

wow. its been a while since i played a game like this. the controls are fairly easy and the gameplay is awesome. needs some badges though. im definatly rating this game 5/5. i want more games like this!

I like the game, but it should really be down to duck. Adding an extra button just makes it insanely difficult when you get to stage 4+.

Like everyone else is saying, it could use a leveling system or upgrade system. Things such as making your character run faster, or perhaps an upgrade of the weapon? Certainly a fine work still. A save point is something else to take in mind.
I understand that everyone love upgrades. BUT : try to consider that all the game interest is about mastering your OWN skill. If we add upgrade, the game would just be non-sens. Please, also consider that checkpoint in a Survival game would be non-sens as well :)

Wow I cannot believe you made a unique version of a game like this. It certainly has it own touches which I find to my liking. Thanks for letting us customize controls, I find it rather bothersome to use the default keys. I can certainly take a liking to this. 5/5 for sure. You deserve it SoulGames.

Great game! Got some suggestions to make it even better:
1. Let us skip Zone 1 somehow. After you get the hang of it it's just tedious.
2. Upgrades would be appreciated, in whichever form. Could even be just a cooler sword which has no actual advantage over the original one.
3. When you run on a platform and underneath a brute swings his axe he can still hit you. I don't know whether that's intentional but I don't like it.
4. Only a minor issue: The slowmow at the end of each zone should imho only come into play if it's the first time that you complete this zone. You really don't need it the other 500 times ;)

I'm of the same mind as moarty. Passive perks that need to be unlocked would be great. They don't (and shouldn't) be very big though, like getting an additional double jump per flower, or daggers able to go through two enemies.

There is a sort of bug, I got pushed off the screen by a closing gate, and I didn't die, and I couldn't see myself either... :/

"It's your turn now! 8/8" I press Enter and I click on the button... and the button doesn't dismiss. The game does not start. Using Flash 11.2.202.238, which I've double-checked to be the latest.
