Fun little experiment. Kinda like playing any given upgrade shooter but without the frills and filler. Unfortunately suffers the same problem of any given upgrade shooter in that the "fun" of actually playing is some minuscule gray spot between being underpowered and overpowered. Though the exponential spree of upgrades after getting the first powerup was super exhilarating and honestly among the most enjoyable 12 seconds I've gotten out of Kongregate (low threshold, I know).
Going outside the "Pixel Blast" area typically means going around in circles for half a minute trying to find land at sea. Not sure how you'd fix that aside from making it walled out.
Think it's hilarious that the little squares are the most deadly. Think it's very hilarious that you can camp in a big square all day. Also, dying and going back to the same difficulty level is the most hilarious thing (the first time, decided I wasn't invested enough to unlock the secret. Sorry)
