dammit people, this is a 'non-animated, flash based, point and click, turn based adventure game' its not supposed to have animation (hence non animated) and its a point and click, a fun genre if you can appreciate the challenge
4.5/5

I like the drunken monkey for stealing. Just keep stealing and reloading until you get the best weapon/armour and save the money for mana or hp potions.
It reminds me of the Dragonball game on my TI-83 Plus. However, you can travel back to anywhere once you unlock it and beat the increasing number of the same monsters per level on the way back.

Is there any point to running away at all? It reduces your bravery and all it does is give you access to your inventory. It would be way more useful if it let you go back to the shop.

Gameplay is an unthinking process of repeating same series of clicks over and over again. This is a case of oversimplification.

Decent game, but not a good one. There is not nearly enough to do, and very little strategy involved. Figuring out that HP and mana are really the only worthwhile attributes is 90% of the game. Figuring out that the hamster is the strongest character is the other 10%. 2/5.

Amazingly well done interface, with an amusing concept and decent art.
The game, however, sucks hairy hampster balls. Nothing but a bunch of clicking.

For lizardman, to win it, just get mana up to 35 so that you can defend a single poison up each time you use it, then buff hp and completely disregard your defenses as they're pretty worthless compared to the hp. Then you just poison->defend->attack everything to death and spam potions...also, wait an area or two before buying a new weapon each time as that'll save you money that you can be using on those hp pots that get more expensive each area.

I am sorry but i have to agree with most people, the luck factor seem to play a big part in this game. Next to that, the armor i am using doesn't seem to have a big impact on the amount of damage i am receiving.
I have to say its a nice original way of approaching the RPG Genre. Nice idea but maybe it needs some more time at the drawing table.
