The time on the camera in Level 3 syncs to your computer clock, to the second. That's the kind of tiny little detail that makes games like this so awesome. I've never played a more awesome keyboard-only game!

I knew there was something about this game that spoke to me. And then I got to the air lock puzzle. That was an incredibly creative puzzle, with multiple steps involved (trying to not spoil anything) that was a blast to solve. The downside was the rest of the puzzles after that seemed less creative by comparison. When I figured out what the game was going for in terms of puzzle solution after that, the rest of the game seemed really easy and not quite as fun. Especially the last level, where two of the puzzles were basically a redo of previous ones. And the others, while not bad by any means, just didn't feel like as much thought had gone into them.
That being said, I still had a great deal of fun with this game. Even though I though the end was a bit of a let down, the rest of the game more then made up for it. I eagerly await the next episode.
5/5

Great game! Only suggestions are already top comments: move the cursor back with arrow keys to fix typos and enabling tab completion. Still 5/5 though

Lol this is the first game on here where i just set up some code to solve a puzzle, because i dont feel like counting numbers. Well do

The runes at the end are medieval-style runes, not traditional futhorc. The runes are reversed, but the text is still read left-to-right. MU DATABASE STUDIOSIME SOM. I don't know what the last six letters mean.

Wow! 5/5. Maybe it's because I haven't played a lot of puzzle games, but this was so unique to me, and I can't wait for whatever comes next!

I really liked this game. I was expecting more levels, but I'll patiently wait for MUC 2.
There are somethings to improve? Yeh, sure. Here and there. But don't overdo it, otherwise you'll ruin it.
Just let us reach deeper levels, bring us new challenges, here and there and stuff like that.
Congrats and cheers guys.

Honestly had a lot of fun with it, reminds me of the kind of puzzles in the secret world.... really great game... when's the sequel going to be out?

I found the game enjoyable, though a bit lacking in some of the shortcuts one would use when accessing an actual database from a command line prompt. I also did not like that I could not enter any commands while the camera was up and that I could not move any of the .jpg files elsewhere on the screen (or even into a panel on the side) to fully read the text without closing them. Nonetheless, I look forward to the next game.

COOL! Loved it. Two things I had to realise and the rest was rather easy. First one in getting to level 2 and the second thing was the newspaper. The hint at the very beginning of the game helped very much with the newspaper. -- I wish I could've verified if I got the last of the 6 passwords right as well and not the game ending right when I had entered 5 of them. I think I got it right, but still!

It was creative how you had to actually look up real-world information, like a newspaper article from the 1960's. I was really surprised that I found that so easily.

Excellent game. Being able to scroll through the console using a trackpad or mouse wheel (as opposed to dragging the scroll bar) would be nice, though it's pretty easy just to call a command to view previous info. 5/5. I can't wait for the sequel!

So awesome, words do not suffice.
One thing, though: on the very last puzzle, on Eric Poor's terminal I kept trying the initials instead of the concatenated full names and I couldn't crack the musical code of Marc Johan's either, so what I eventually did was to write down of the latter as much as I could with the three letters given as hint, then made wild guesses on the rest; getting it on my second try. Kind of anticlimatic. And I did expect Arianne Moon's computer to turn up, sooner or later.

@grasfrosch : You cannot decipher that text. It says that it's not complete. You have to find another clue to proceed.

I'm not sure what confuses me most about the "cat" presented here:
it shows .pdf / .bin / ... files from the early levels as bytes instead of the expected ...)aeöil...:..?????, they are very short, and they change content every time you open them
or
it opens .jpg files...
Also, anybody got any ideas about the meaning of
OgUMGU0EHk0ZBQwZTQMCBB4ITSwqLCQjUgo=
so far and can give me a hint? I'm stuck there...

Great game but one thing I'm missing is making tab auto finish your word if there is only one posibility left (for stuff that's not secret), this is especially useful for the cat command s we aren't being kept in the dark about what files exists on a computer anyway.

Curious about the runic text in the end of the video?
(Spoilers!)
I just figured it out: "mu.database.studiocime.com" it's a web address!
But what does it's content mean? Maybe something about episode 2?

The runes at the end read: mu database studiosime som
http://www.geocities.ws/reginheim/runes.html
They are short twig runes

hey! really nice game: the way that the whole world around is built, is fantastic. However, the shell is a bit dumb. the way that i cannot move the cursor back, or use tab to autocomplete is hurting me a bit.
I dont know that it's because You tried to make it look like an '60 type console, or you did not have time to implement it.
Anyway: 5/5
and I am waiting for the next episode sooo bad :D

God dammit, my internet went out while I was playing the game and I was stuck in the newspaper part for 30 mins (then I thought of fixing my internet....)

ARGH, Note to self: CTRL-W does not delete the last word. CTRL-W does not delete the last word. CTRL-W does not delete the last word.
And next time try to memorize this before Level 9...
