Ich finde es schade, dass die Lösung der Rätsel nicht immer innerhalb des Spiels liegen, was zu einer 2/5 Bewertung geführt hat.

If possible, please allow left and right arrows to edit a command. I think ls should display in columns (without -l flag) so that it takes less lines as we cannot scroll up. There should be a way to close the picture without using the mouse, it's a bit annoying to reach the mouse. :-)

Cute game! But... The terminal could have been better. No cursor movement is annoying, especially when you split files in parts. No scrolling is not helpful either. Using `cat` to see pictures, seriously? Puzzles are nice and do not require much time to solve but kind of repetitive: several bible quotes, several substitution/ceasar ciphers. The ending... is absent. Part 1, I get it, but no reward at the end? Hope the sequel will be better!

I've been around for ages here.. but this game.. is really something new! great work! Icannot wait for the next episode... anyone tried to decript the strange writing at the end of the final cutscene?

the fun thing is, by googleing what you need to know for solving some of the puzzles you dont get seach results related with the game, so no spiolers. good. ... ps.: pls insert a left and right, if you have a typo at place 2 of 20 chars, typing everything new is annoying.
thx for the game

There needs to be a game like this for the Linux terminal. Every time I try to do anything I'm forced to look up stupid stuff I don't know.

Great stuff. getting to level 2 left me perplexed and looking to comments, turned out I just hadn't tried enough things doh. However doing this meant I saw the hints about looking elsewhere for the newspaper part - I'm not sure I would've even tried that without those hints - otherwise it was not difficult as such but interesting working through the rest of the puzzles. Looking forward to episode 2!

Is the date and time given for the non-essential puzzle something like the release date for episode 2? If so I can't wait!

Meh. This lost my interest right at the start. I realise I'm supposed to be figuring things out and it's OK that I have to figure out what the password is. But the existence of a "password" command that just tells you the password is so completely illogical and unrealistic that I'm not prepared to go any further. If you're going to pull tricks like that, how do I know that the answer to some later puzzle isn't going to be something equally ludicrous, like asking a question to the stapler on my desk, which randomly turns out to be a magical, talking stapler?

very nice game, though the sudden leap to go beyond anything actually 'in' the game was pretty big, once that leap is made the succeeding levels are fairly easy.

The Bible reference should be more specific as to the version used. I use the KJV (King James Version) and the word is completely different from the actual password for the game. Way too frustrating to figure that out.

Good game, I must admit I got stuck on the camera level but realized I didn't LOOK at all the options for the camera modes and lights

'Chicago Tribune'? Got stuck ther, and by what I read on the comments, you took the DUMB option of linking IRL stuff to the game. Non USA players have little to no chance to know you mean an actual thing, so we get stuck. 1/5

I get a reload button after I activated the power of the 5 computers on level 3, was there a video I didn't see or... ?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Pay attention: A single "backspace" when not focused on the game and you'll reload the last window you were in, causing you to start over the game... Just happened to me twice...

I love this game! It's very different from anything else I've played and made me feel like I could do at least some amount of programming/hacking (always wanted to learn programming, but I still haven't got around to it). It leaves me wanting more--if you ever make another, I'll be back! :D

This really filled that puzzle void in my heart. I find "hack these computers" games kind of off-putting usually, but this really took the cake!

Well I was having a really fun time playing this till I got the newspaper riddle figured out. It told me to go to ssh peterobrain and it keeps telling me that ssh is not a command and to type help for a list of available commands. This stopped me from moving forward. Make a couple updates with the game and I think that you guys have a great game on your hands.
