SPOILER!!!!!
Okay, I really can't seem to get the password for Oliver Riddle's PC...
I found out that the Movie is "Lolita" and the password is the name of his brother, so it should be a guy with the last name "Riddle". There is one, but his name "Nelson" won't work as the password -.- and now im stuck >_<

i think the bot doesn't doesn't reset properly, as in it doesn't show which direction it's facing at reset. No matter which direction it shows when you do "bot map" after a failed attempt, it's actually facing down. + so others can see.

I've broken into an ultra-secret government project that has been quarantined for 60 years, and have managed to uncover their detailed knowledge on creating a sentient AI and fully functional androids. Literally all the dreams of artificial intelligence have been effectively achieved by long-forgotten geniuses from the 60's. I'm almost at the end of my search, I only need one more security clearance, just one more, and and I can unravel the whole mystery. Deeply concealed within the data files of a mad mathematician, lies hidden the one remaining key to accessing the whole secret : a PDF reader.

The audio.mp3 file is a hidden puzzle. When you solve it you'll hear some more backstory. Definitely worth listening to, so put on your thinking cap and enjoy.

Fu Hong's new password is the same as Luck Tyson's in the first episode!! hehe
Awesome games, btw. I haven't felt this drawn into a game in a very very long time. Amazing atmosphere, great story, great depth….wow.

ugh... can someone say what's on the audio.mp3 file? lya won't let me move around anymore, so i'd have to restart the whole game to find out. according to 0z9tu, you gotta arrange those letters at the end of each email according to their timestamps, but of course the timestamps have to be in US format. i probably made a mistake when trying to convert them to YY/MM/DD, or to 24-hour time, so i could alphabetize the list. it's 50 emails, i really don't feel like replaying the whole game and reconverting fifty dates and times in fifty emails at 14 different computers just to find the content of audio.mp3. if someone from the US feels like doing it (because anyone from countries that use the civilized date and time format could end up making mistakes like i did and waste all that work), please share the contents!
btw, i didn't think about reversing my result until it was too late, so if anyone wants to try it would be GxGBZJkc0bjIw3pWz3VGydabN21bm34VileVHlhBIh4VGs6abe.

To solve Fred Morgan: You have to tip your computer screen back and you'll see "Clara" written faintly to the lower left of the photo. I'm on a laptop and was trying to decipher what the erased part said and happened to stumble on it. I'm sure this could also be done by editing the photo, but tilting worked just as well.

"Use keyboard and your brain to type in commands."
Are you sure I can't also use fingers? That would help, and save a lot of cleaning up afterwards.

THIS GAME. HDOJSHAGJ.
Seriously though, both Mu Complex games have been incredible. The puzzles are challenging but you have enough information to work them out every time. The story's amazing. Just. EEEEEEEE. And nice ending (:

With such ending - I wonder what kind of episode 3 could we have, if any.. a bit underwhelming, I mean, it was so obvious what will happen starting from mu episode one.. at least the video was a bit good.

I wonder how we were supposed to solve Fred Morgan (personally, I cheated and looked at a walkthrough)... it was quite obvious that the picture was a hint, but what were we actually supposed to do with it?

Need a little hint for that timed challenge. What does the second part mean? I don't get anything from these pictures...

These two games together are like cryptography training for the pentagon! It's been a long, LONG time since I've done something so difficult.

SPOILER/HINT: For Olivier Riddle, that was a pretty hard one. It seems that the typewriter thingy is indeed a quote from Lolita, as mentioned here: http://www.moviequotedb.com/movies/lolita/quote_14010.html Rest is easy, just google, find the wiki page and indeed, the music is made by... (Thanks again Kabboose for the first hints. I like to find the road to the answer myself too :) )

SPOILER: For BobbyLove, you only have to put in to command lines, simply by copy/paste. Remember, old school paste is shift-insert. Solution not needed. Easy for all *nix users :)
first: challenge | x5987 | +7117 | solve
second: challenge | +4563 | x15822 | solve
Thnx to @Kabboose for the code itself (although not that hard)

Since Myst, I didn't spent on a game half the energy I spent on this one. Excellent job. Thanks, a LOT, for your amazing job.
I pray for a 3rd !

For anyone struggling with bobbylove challenge: instructions on pipe are a bit unclear, you can use "challenge | (math goes here) | solve" to solve the challenges in single command. Also, you don't have to type everything by hand, you can enter the commands in the terminal beforehand and then just reuse them with up arrow once you start the challenge.

Yes ! Episode 2 finally. Been waiting for this. Mu complex might just be THE best writing game (or whatever you call it) I have ever played.

Amazing sequel. Took my 7 hours but it worth it. I strongly applaud this flawless work. 5/5 + Favorited.

@83244genesis You can find clues and spoilers at http://jayisgames.com/review/mu-complex-episode-2.php, I believe. A jayisgames site has them

The timed challenge is kind of annoying... also, the bot challenges really need a way to erase only the last command in a sequence. As it is, we make one mistake and we have to rewrite the whole sequence.

It is all nice but in the first morce code challenge, the methos starts with .-.-. which also means AR(end of message), besides + so I kinda had to try out random operations.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i really, really love this game (as a concept) but this one is a bit too hard for me. I played first and completed it almost without taking any hints from comments, but "morse code" (if it is indeed Morse Code) puzzle in this one eludes me >_<

Wonder why in every mail you can read there is a letter after the senders name at the bottom. Probably some hidden code, knowing this dev.

@dubesor it's the number the test is showing, plus 5, then times 2, then -2, works for the first test, don't know what to do for the second though
