It's a really pretty game, short but fun. That being said - I had to turn the graphics all the way down in order to get anywhere (and my laptop is brand-new). As far as I can tell, rocks are generated randomly rather than there being a level-based progression (which would be nice). The achieve system works well but there is potential for an upgrade system to lengthen the game. Nice work on this game.

I like the game, but once it gets harder, it starts lagging heavily. At first, I gave it 5/5, but after I noticed the lags, I changed it to 4/5. Even with low quality in settings and bloom turned off, it still lags so hard. I like how it looks, but the particle effect may need some optimization.

i'd like to see some sort of health meter, some way to tell how much health is left...also maybe some way to recover health.

great start to what could be a great game...need to add some sort of upgrade system....earn points/money for killing enemies, buy turrets, auto click etc

May I ask you for a download of the background-music? Maybe under CC? I'd only use it for myself & private, because I collect calming down music. And this fits really well. I managed to extract the ogg & fix the header of the file, but 64kbps is also for OGG a bit low. Any chance? Maybe also with some bucks?

This game is very nicely created,, very detailed, graphics are nice, the gameplay is a type of fast reaction game, also a 360 type of defense was smart thinking- trying to block all the damage is also effective due to you only being able to block alot so far (Not to also mention that this game was well thought out)

lags too much too early, even with the lowest settings :(
[It happens to me only with this game, so I guess the problem is not with my computer or Unity...]

I loved this game. You have plenty of defend the planet from falling asteroids games, but to actually receive help and backup from the planet you are defending is something truly unique, paired with the beautiful music and graphics, you almost can't help but get a little attached to it. It was definitely a refreshing take on the genre and I recommend it to anyone out there looking to play something new.

cant reach 9 clicks a sec so i can never get to endless mode seems a little silly. should make it once you beat the game it unlocks endless mode.

The music is beautiful, the graphics are really nice, but the difficulty curve is rather steep, and the "enemies" get lost in a cloud of particles, so that you end up "just flailing blindly" as uberpenguin put it. 3/5

after being bored out of my mind for 5 minutes of mindless clicking i look up to see a red and green square so out of curiosity i click the red square imagining it being some sort of ability i missed or something to cure my boredom and what do you know it worked it took me out of the game and now im off to play something actually fun instead of just a bunch of circles with bloom and particles

In endless mode, the retargeting spores stop when there is no target. After a while there are so many stopped spores that the game grinds to a halt.
I couldn't reproduce the bug but just in case I added a timer to the projectiles so the will die. There are white/blue spores that are spawned by one of the towers. The damage rocks that hit them and they also are on a timer. Performance has also been improved.

Ok, the little explosions and everything are cool and all, but by the end you can seriously not even see the damn comets that are coming in. You're mostly just flailing blindly, and 3/4 of the times I get hit are by comets that get lost in some big ol' cloud and I have no idea are there, and the only way to get them is to randomly click around and hope you run into them. Then it starts lagging and everything just generally goes downhill really fast. Idk, I found this pretty unplayable, but maybe that's just me.
I have updated the game with a quality setting which changes the number and duration of particle effects. It will hopefully help alleviate the issue. If you still find it too chaotic, please let me know. I also have improved performance. I would really like to get the game in a playable state for you.

Very beautiful game, nice mechanics, I am impressed. However, at about the first boss, it starts lagging like hell. Might just be me and I checked CPU utilization, which is at about 30%, so I don't know what's causing it.

Progress towards achievements is saved. I will add some popup text when hovering over the button to give a better warning that it takes you to the menu.

beautiful arts and great ambience. overall a very nice idea. one thing i would love to see later in the game is that the little planet gets colonized by little (alien) creatures that help you. but i guess this is more an idea for spore 2?

Thanks for all the feedback and support. Added new achievements, auto click, new bonus, and an endless mode. Another thanks for the great feedback.

Refreshing concept, beautifully executed. I loved the game, even if it was a bit short. I liked that it was not overexplained. One thing I might change is adding some kind of autofire, maybe eg red clouds could increase the autoclick rate. Other than that, I wish you will continue the development on this game by adding more maps / challenges / or just turn it into a sandbox...

1/5 for being a TD Game and not a SPORE game it has spore in the title so it should be like spore or change the title to something like IDK Spore TD or something.

The increased hitboxes are good, thanks! I can actually progress a bit now instead of always just being destroyed by rocks that are moving too fast to hit pixel-perfectly. I would love to see a level system with gradual enemy difficulty increase though (also an achievements menu).

seems like it goes on easy mode after first death now my spore is invincible and i cant do anything. Also no big rocks are falling and no dust clouds to click.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's cool to see your spore evolving, but the clicking is a bit overboard and the hitboxes are indeed a bit too small. It's a pretty looking game though and I wanted to play for a small amount of time to see my spore develop, but that's about it.

A few bugs I've come across. After restarting, upon failing my first attempt, I found that no dust spawns, and I cannot pause the game. Also, now that my colony doesn't need my help to defend, I literally can't quit to the menu (which needs an achievement list) Great game 5/5

It's a very good looking game but the hitboxes are too small for this to be much fun. If I could upgrade my click size or the gameplay was partitioned out some other way like through levels or something that ramped up over time instead of instantly being thrown in the deep end, it would be much more enjoyable. As is, I'm gonna have to give this a miss, sorry.
Thank you for the feedback. I have increased the sizes of the hit boxes and an achievement change is coming that will increase it further. I like the idea of making it a more level by level game with different colonies to defend. Perhaps in the future.
