@aceless: robbers never have rpg7 or rpg29, they may have bazookas. kill guys with bazookas first, then -if you have only few(1 to 8) people use cover behind your cars to avoid bullets

okay, people. We all understand that we are excited about the production of Caravaneer 2, as am I, but we also must understand that even making a simple game is difficult. So making Caravaneer 2 will be a while. Though I am completely confident Caravaneer 2 will be much better than imaginable. If we wait willingly, time will pass.

i buy medicene, and on the main pg on caravan theres at the bottom meddicens,i put all wounded but it wont heal my guys!?just beat robber HQ and 4000 lbs over wieght and a group of abot 15 robbers is not 20 km away and the go faster than 15 km which is my speed because i got the land rover,and my guys are in no condition to fightand the robbers have rpg's!!!!!!!!!

ok you should ALWAYS have the option of fists. I ran out of ammo against robbers and now i died. or at least have it when the robbers give up.

It seems like a good game, but it really turns off new players when they can't understand the game. How was I supposed to know that food and forage are different? Sure, I could read the tutorial, but what's reading compared to an interactive crash course?

You will always move at the max speed of your slowest member the only exception where you can exceed that limit is when you buy a Bike/Jeep which sits 1 member(bike) to 4 members max (jeep).
Problem for cars ect, Fuel can only be found in 3-4 towns, so if you run out in the middle of nowhere your going to have to toss everything away. best car to get are the ones that hold 1k and consume 15l Fuel every 100k compaired to the 25fuel/100k and carrys 1800.
Cars/bikes are mainly for camping and killing police/bandits/caravans as they dont consume resorces while not in use unlike ox/horse/muel.
Best town to sell things at "Qubba" they do not produce anything so they will pay highly for all materials, e.g - (Masriah + Fort Goks sell alchol for 0.42 Qubba will buy for $2.00 (avarage), You can buy Leather from Masriah for $5-6 and sell for 27-28 at Qubba as well. Use cars to be able to evade police fuel is best bought from Hara.

i have 4 people in my party, four horses and four carts. they travel at a speed of 5 and can slightly outrun the bandits that travel around the first 3 cities. they should be able to go faster

it says that the horse goes 15 kph. its only going 5 kph for me. I have a cart on it. is that whats making it slower?

@people who don't know how to save: go to the spanner while in the desert (NOT in a town) and click save; also look at the tutorial next time... :/

Not a bad concept, but the endless hordes of apparently identical random encounters make actually doing anything kind of frustrating.

The travel and battle sections are way too slow; waiting for the enemies to move is so tedious. A mini map during battles (maybe markers for each unit) would make it easier to move around the field. Maybe a pedometer in the travel section? Maybe on the map thing, have x days to travel from a to b. Other than those, the game is great. It plays a lot like frontier, except it is so much more complex; I love it.
