Can you make the surrender button in arena functional. I know within seconds if I have any chance of winning, which I usually don't since opponents have thousands of power over me, but the surrender button does nothing.

Finally got 3000 rating, took me exactly 6 months. And I'm NOT completely free-to-play. The impossible must be removed as it's not achievable as a free-to-play.

Well badges are earnable even if has to pay to get those. Don't think Kong's rules state that badges should be earnable as free, they should but not necessarily are.

@developer: "Not all players enjoy multiple confirmation windows." Did you misread my comment intentionally? I said nothing about additional confirmation windows. The (scummy) problem is that the confirmation button is in the exact same place as where you would click for a regular raid.

I profoundly disagree, 3000 rating is earnable in a few weeks if you pay big money, only 30 people reached 6000, that's not "many players", and they are money payers, in order to beat them, you have to pay more than them. Badges on kongregate should be earnable, as in the kongregate guidelines.

@KeeperBvk Level up your player. Also you can buy some mats with coins in the shop, even if these mats are from locked levels.

So, I managed to defeat the butcher on level 30, but there is no way for me to properly progress anymore, as I cannot beat level 32, and I cannot level up my heroes anymore, as all items necessary for that can only be found in later levels. So, chicken & egg: I need to beat more levels to strengthen my heroes, but I also need to strengthen my heroes to beat more levels. What a terrible game.
Thank you for the feedback. The power of the heroes increases along with your overall level. You can level up by defeating enemies in previous missions.

The 3000 rating badge should be set to impossible instead of hard, while the 6000 rating badge should be removed as it's simply too long to be achieved. It's a pretty sketchy way to set a paywall to earn the badge.
Thank you for the feedback. Reaching 3000 is achievable within a few weeks of active gameplay. 6000 is also possible, as many players already have a rating of 8000+.

When you want to play a mission but energy is insufficient, a pop-up asking you to buy energy with diamonds appears exactly where you would normally click. And it does not ask for confirmation again, but takes away your diamonds right away. What a scam.

So, which are the best heroes and cards? Progress is soooo slow. I keep hitting roadblocks all the time and cannot even get to 1000 arena points. How are you supposed to reach 6000 eventually?!

I have to call shananigans on this game!! Was at arena lvl 3,852 at last play one day ago lvl VIII today at lvl 3,201 lvl VII what the he11!!! Other than this appearance of wanting to extort money- fun game! question, does the inspiration card effects stack upon multiple uses? Hard to tell with the time limit.
Thank you for the feedback. The arena rating resets every 2 months, as indicated in the ranking leaderboard. Along with this, arena rewards become available again for ratings of 3000 and above. The effect of the "Inspiration" card stacks and accumulates until the end of the battle.

This game is slowly paced, and not in the 'speed of fights' way. A lot of things are wired directly into the cash shop. For example, in order to improve equipment, I need items to combine. To get those items, I need to do raids. I get a limited amount of raids... unless I pay for unlimited raids with real money. There is no option for me to use in game currency to progress within the game in any fashion. If all the game is meant to be is a thin cover over someone trying to slip their hands into my wallet, then it doesn't encourage people to want to play any more. At the very least, offer SOME kind of way to use in game currency to progress, and don't make it cash shop or nothing, even if it's something that takes longer to achieve. I got to I think stage 16, lost, and was unable to do anything to strengthen my party to continue. This also is you not respecting your players time. People don't have forever to play games; restricting progress stifles interest.
You can replay previous missions and gain a new level, which will strengthen all the heroes. There are enough players in the game who have completed more than 80 missions without making a donation.

Insert1, insert 5 is useless, if it takes 10/10 to upgrade, 1first click, now1/10,
2nd click goes to the page ask you to insert1 or insert 5. Now,6/10
3rd click it will not allow u to use insert 5 in order to fill the 4 remaining slot,.instead, u will hv to click insert 1 for 4times. Then why dont u make it"insert max"?

Another thing is the whole "choose/remove" to build the deck is so troublesome, normally just click and drag. And, please add arrows to swap to next card /hero while viewing,without making me press the "x" to close then click another thing

Which card is spike? Who has loose ability? Maybe u should put the card level on right top corner, and put the card name at the bottom(where it says card level ) instead.
It is so difficult to find find out what card effect it has, only the cost and the level is visible on first sight in many pages, i have to go to specific page to view the card effect, please make it a pop up bubble whenever i click and hold.

Your campaigns doesnt know how to make auto fill teams with suitable skills required?! U expect players to remember very skill cards and heroes? At least u should have indication on cards that fits, not making me ramdomly guessing which cards to send.
Also, how difficult is it to show the stock of items when i click on them?
In order to have a fight, too many buttons are needed to be press before it starts, at least let me have a repeat button that can play the same map with the same setting just by 1 click

Most of the important information is unfortunately in russian, including what heroes are unlocked at what arena tiers. Do browse some VK if you want to actually progress through the game at a reasonable pace

How do you build the Clan Buildings? Our clan should have enough resources for the command center, but the button is still grey.
There is this "Exchange rating for diamonds" which some ino ur clan speculate need to be at 1000 to be able to build the clan center. But it isn't at the "improvement requirement", so it's unclear. It's also been stuck at the same level for a looong while. If it is necessary, how do you get those things (and what does the exchange rating even mean)??
First, you need to gather resources (hammer icon under the clan flag on the info page) and clan experience (lightning icon in the same place). The first building to construct is the Command Center, as it will unlock access to other buildings.

I dont bother the hard/impossible badges coz only 14 achieved atm, which I believe they are same money spenders... or test acc players.
13 days completed mission 30, and thats all to me. Dont waste more resources on this "game" XD

To anyone who has or is approaching the Impossible badge Arena score of 6000, what level are you working with, so the rest of us can gauge how long we're grinding this game for? I'm level 32 and only about 1000-1100 Arena score at this point.

I love the ally fight (crystal ball thing in the home). A *FEW* more of these would be welcome. Maybe if the player base grows enough, they can be more common.

There's a lot of clicking to get rewards. Click somewhere to go to a place where you click even more to claim rewards, then click somewhere else to go to another place where you once again click a lot of buttons to claim rewards.

The tutorial is broken for me. At the "Use the skills below" part, clicking all of the buttons do nothing and the images for the top row were broken, showing a ripped paper in the corner. Of course, being patient enough to refresh, I was further into the tutorial, but I doubt I missed much.

The "Item Stats" reward has the following wording: "Can be exchanged for any Item." Which is VERY misleading. THis choice of words implies taht ai'll be able to select what i'll be trading it for, instead, I'm given a random reward.
"Can be exchanged for a random Item." Is far more accurate text. I trully hope this kind of misleading text is not intentional.
To exchange a universal item for a specific item, you need to go to the hero upgrade window, then click on one of the 6 items for upgrade. In the appeared window, by clicking on the yellow ^ button, you can exchange universal tokens for the required ones for upgrade.

Why are the badges for Arena Rating only counting for how many battles we do? Shouldn't it take the score for Arena ranking instead?

I'm so glad I don't have to read during the tutorial, instead everything is shown as "Click here"! Saves me a lot of thinking power and lets me be absolutely clueless when the tutorial ends!
Thanks for the question. PVP battles take place in real time. Their speed was based on the reaction speed of other players. As for PVE, we are looking into this possibility.

The game has some interesting ideas, though I don't feel like they're all implemented well. The game feels like it wants to be a turn based game, but at the same time wants to be a real time strategy game. So it just ends up in a weird place. I feel the game could use some more refinement.

Finally, there's a game in this genre that doesn't have those huge heads and has reasonable difficulty! It's also great that spells can affect the battle, instead of just waiting around for something to happen.
