Really really hate the arena. Pretty much everyone is many many levels higher than me. Which makes it pretty impossible to get the chests which means that the people with better decks can keep improving, while I'm stuck at the bottom..

it is a beautiful game, the illustrations and story are interesting, but it does give too much advantage to people who pay to win.

I don't recommend this game. I played far enough to get the bounty rank 5 achievement without spending any money, because why not, and I found that this game has some very irritating mechanics for an online card game. First, the timers that make you wait to take actions. Second, the fact that the epic and legendary cards are on a completely separate power level from cards below them in rarity - enough that other cards are ultimately useless except for the dust they give you, if you're trying to make the most powerful deck. Third, there are a bunch of predatory microtransactions.
This game has some interesting ideas and mechanics but is spoiled by the imbalance of power level.

Opening a Runecrafter's chest I got from Drake's mystery treasure gave me nothing. I am level 6 and I believe I have not unlocked runecrafting yet.

I finished Elaria campaign on 4 mastery level, but didn't get reward for it. It supposed to be so that I receive reward, but it shows 3/4. I refreshed the game severaltimes, reboot my computer, clear all cookies, but stiil didn't get a reward

how could anyone spend thousands on a stupid f'n card game.. ( btw only way to progress) f2p means free to lose 99% of every fight. I have been playing for almost 2 months.. i give game -6 out of 5
