sooo i guess i am pretty lucky:
i bought with the starting war bond two righteous cards in the righteous box;one for 10 and the other for 60.in the ten one i found a yamabushi warrior with 85 dmg and 215 hp.in the 60 one,i found a fatal leaper with 0 cooldown,37 attack and 77 hp. this game is not balanced at all.i tested some 20 card packs with the money i got from pvp,the best i got was a 30 hp epic.This shows how much difference there is from ptw players a free to play people

I buy some energy so i have 400 Max after some time max energy decreased to 350 so i lost 50 max energy , wtf happened ?

@Destroyer1 Some cards are recently updated/created, others never have been. The game has power creep for sure, but old cards are routinely updated for both free and p2w players
@schlimm it's an odd model, more about deck-building. The play _can_ actually be intense when it's a tough opponent and you might win, but it's very much a long-term game and its real strength is based on the community and associated guild events.

This game is reliant on spending bonds, but I got a jackpot with the first 100 bonds I got. An Abominable Rakasha. I agree with all of these other comments, but the game isn't awful. Though, what happens to my brawl rewards?

Wow neat. Started playing this game 2 days ago and now on day three I can play two missions. Day three. Play 2 games before I'm out of energy for newer missions. TWO. They took 30 seconds, total. Now sure, I'll get a little more mileage out of PVP battles but what kind of f**cking game is designed to play for thirty f**cking seconds at a time??? Weak AF

It's really fun to play, I can't stress that enough. But unless you're captain moneybags, this game won't love you back like that.

The claim: card-collecting strategy game.
The reality: The only strategy is to buy cards at insane prices. And then more cards when those ones become obsolete. The first 40 missions are fun but then it gets tedious unless you have lots of extra cash.

@DummyCat I Agree with most of what said, though I would note that the 'heal zeno 2' wasn't broken. That was the global background where faction limitations were off.

I played the old tyrant years ago and it was fun and challenging. I stopped playing when they made some weird guild content. Came back to see how it looks like now and I must say the game is totally broken. Cards with ridiculous stats (hundreds of HP and attack) and skills that keep triggering all the time so the battle is a complete chaos and you can't see what actually happens. Anyway, the "basic" cards are totally useless, you need to get those 'ubercards' with ridiculous stats. Well, you can get at least some of them pretty fast and for free, but still... That's not the spirit! In addition the skills are broken, for example 'heal xeno 2' actually heals cards of any allegiance Add the beforementioned chaos on the battlefield and you can't tel what';s going on.
Oh, and they completely removed the story.

let me tell you how people got em. EVENTS.
you can also get such cards through fusion.
tho i will admit that the prices and energy could be better.
i think the 2k gold for 20 card pack is okay tho. sure most goes to salvage.
but you do need scrap to upgrade afterall.

The prices for anything that costs War bonds are high in the beginning because you don't have many yet, just wait till' you get to the blight lands and up. You get lots of war bonds for completing quests which require you to fight boss missions. So maybe you just played the game for like an hour and quit, it takes devotion to really get good at a game. This game is not pay to win, and stop complaining about it.

so apparently there are creatures that load on turn 3, have over 80 hp, over 20 damage, and heal for over 20 per turn. WTF happened to this game.
