Last week the developers gave us one of the most buggy Raids and terrible customer service. Really goes to show how little they value their relationship with players whether they are f2p or p2w. If you are a new player deciding on whether you should give this game a try do yourself a favor and just walk away!
Save yourself from a mindless, tedious addiction that is hellbent on taking as much money out of your pocket as it can and find a much more player friendly game to play. You will thank me later.

This game is terrible. I mean the concept is not, but they've effectively locked the ability to progress for those who aren't willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money.

Probably THE most p2w game I've seen. Also what is it with these CCGs having n+1 rarities, with only top two rarities having any relevance in actual gameplay?

Are you new and looking if this game is worth it?
Click on ''See All'' at the Top Comments if you're new. At least you had a fair warning before you started playing this Game-O-Greed brought to you by one of the most arrogant, backstabbing and moneygrabbing Devs on kong: $¥naptiCON

Tyrant, we will never miss you. Unleashed is just...rehashed old game where new packs come quickly and powercreeping old pack cards, economy sim where you will need to pay or grind for YEARS to get good cards, disrespects wallets of both F2P and P2P players, no tournaments, commons and uncommons(they are called rares...really?)are completly useless, and it feels like Hearthstone in terms of rarities and limits...Like multiple legendaries per deck? What? Thats just epic failure for entire community and gaming itself.

I feel like they should either up the energy cap significantly or drop the energy cost of missions significantly. This is a strategy card game, not Candy Crush. Also there should be more that I can spend gold on, not just the cheap single card pack that is almost certainly destined to the salvage pile. Way too much of this game is reliant on spending Bonds. I bought one warbond pack and was disappointed at how little it gave me. Hell, for the prices this game wants to charge me I could pick up my Magic: TG habit again and pocket a healthy profit.

375Wb to end up with a lurker horror... Salvage points an endless gruelling process, let alone fusion... Started off loving this game and now realise it's all geared towards needing to pay exorbitant sums to "win" :(

This game doesn't deserve a four star rating. And the sadness of the fans who used to play the original WMT shows it. Most of all I'm confused why synapticon has neglected to even make a comment on the fans' sadness. I'm leaving my two star rating as it is and coming back later to see if the game's condition has improved. Really, devs, you need to rectify the situation. I am (or at least was) a big Tyrant fan and it's sad comparing what it used to be to what it is now.

To the fellow below:The game isn't the problem,it's the concept behind it,where you work so hard and get so darn little but with a similarly unwise shortcut of using a 'special card' in your wallet to try and buy your way to the tops and get this, the real 'winners' aren't even the ones playing this.

it's seems there is a better chance getting epic and legendary cards by bying them 1 card at a time rather than 4 and also save 5.000-10.000 gold before you spend it on cards .Hope it helped

Is it just me or is this game getting more and more ridiculous? It takes one forever to gain the Salvage Points (SP) to upgrade epics and legendaries to fuse, and then upgrade the fuses to make better fuses. By the time you finally finish the quad fuses, new fuses have been released that make those fuses obsolete. There are ways to speed up this process, but of course they all involve $$$. Synapticoin strikes again!

I wonder, should I pay hundreds of dollars to get 30 minutes of entertainment or spend $20 dollars and buy a game on steam that I can play forever...

Screw this game, it has half the content and cards of the first game, and has turned the series into a "pay to play" game. I say bring back the old Tyrant, and drop this new one.

It's nice that they put a "Max of 2" purchase limit on cards like Soul Searcher that cost $24.99. This way mentally handicapped people can't hurt themselves TOO much. Thanks Tyrant!

Why does everybody have to complain about the system? Sure, it can be slightly P2W, but events are where you normally get the cards you want. Literally, besides lucky finds, the only reason to buy the common packs is for salvage points to upgrade your cards, not to improve your deck with new ones. And it'll just get easier to get more valuable cards as you build your deck. Honestly, this game is built like a mobile app(Which is true, since it is also one). I think everybody should at least give it a go for a while and treat it like the 'free' model it is. I mean, don't you guys play games(Like Clash of Clans) that require you to grind or pay? Honestly, just download this free game on your phone and give it a try, and maybe you'll come to like it.

wikipedia believes that "Gold is the main form of currency in Tyrant Unleashed". Sadly, wikipedia and I sometimes have, hmm, a difference in opinion, shall we say...
