To get elite without paying, just keep saving up your daily chances. I didn't pay, and I was able to get elite pretty easily. It's possible to get 25 war bonds JUST from a daily chance.

Interesting twist on the CCG, to make such an involved campaign setting and incorporate elements of MMORG. It is nice that "battle" doesn't take any energy, so you can keep playing while it regenerates for the campaign setting.

Lol, wanted to say pretty good game, but then i figured u need to constantly pay them for energy unless u wait hours and hours... lmao lame.... wanted to 4/5 but come the f ck on man energy made this a 1/5 bigtime

This game has a LOT of problems, honestly. Chief among them: The cards in missions scale much faster than yours do. If you want to win later missions, you need either a LOT of luck in card draw and purchasing, or you need to spend a lot of time farming earlier missions. There could be an alternative in arena missions, BUT, for some reason, those give you no gold. Furthermore, the game itself is extremely sensitive to snowballing due to mechanics, which wouldn't be such a problem if some decks didn't have matches determined almost entirely by initial hands. Do I have a Vampire in my opening hand, and can I get an asylum in either the first hand or first draw? If so, win, otherwise lose. The countering mechanics feel more obnoxious than tactical, and whoever decided to introduce the chance elements of flying and regeneration is an idiot; I don't want matches to be determined by whether or not enemies die when I kill them!

Drop the energy requirement. It's just a way to try and squeeze money out of people, but who's going to pay to play a card game when there's already a million of them out there for free

I would enjoy this game much more if I didn't have to go afk every time I wanted to save up energy to play missions. Not a lot of people like games that reward the player for NOT PLAYING.

I got this unique bloodthirsty unit called "draconian queen", it's absolutely good, it rallies, leeches AND flies, what else would you want from a unique unit?

It is also a bad design for the cards to pop up in front of the player's cursor every time the player scrolls through the deck. It is really annoying.

The game design is retarded. You have to click that tiny number to edit your deck. What a waste of time trying to figure that out. Retarded design.

Although the energy thing is annoying at times, it's not like there's nothing else to do. Go battle in the arena, reorganize decks, check out the factions, buy new cards, w\e you want to do. It's not a game killer, it just forces you to get out of the solo player mode for a bit.

So it seems that when i redo fully completed quests the game will remove additional energy without any kind of warning. Tried to start a 8 energy mission with 8 energy, and I just lost 4 energy then the game told me I don't have enough energy to start. Enjoy your 1/5 until I will get a warning or proper energy amount displayed.

It's worth noting that as with other energy based games, gold and xp gains can greatly vary between missions. Out of the first 23 missions (I got only so far yet), mission 13 offers the most gold gain per energy and only behind mission 21 in xp gain per energy (not to mention mission 13 is faster to play and easier to win than mission 21). Hence if you are grinding xp for a level-up or gold for a pack, consider playing the level with the most gains per energy.

How on earth do I use a card's special ability? I can't "activate" any card because I always have to pick a card from my hand, then everything auto-attacks and then it's the computer's turn.

Played for a while. Energy ran out. Closed game. Wont ever play again. I dont understand why you implement a "you cannot play this game for the next few minutes" feature unless you want everyone to not play too much but continue to work - and thats exactly what i am going to do now.

@Orangeroman, while badges would get more to play it, I dont think those exact badges would work. Thing about TCGs is that some people will quit as soon as they get badges :/

Simple, nearly all of the functionality is there, free to play. You can pay into the game if you want an easier time of building the deck you want.

I really like this game, and I even started to play the warmetal game on facebook. Just very often I get problems here where i cant play for days at a time. Is there a way to fix it?
