I get charging money for extraneous rewards like special cards or being able to buy them individually... but just to play the game for an extra hour? Really?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm on mission 23 and unless my math is off the developers are asking for around $0.60 per minute ($36 per hour) to keep playing once your energy is depleted and based on how energy cost per mission scales these numbers are only gong to get more insane. This is at least an order of magnitude more than any reasonable person would pay to play a flash game.

damn reduece the price of the cards in the shop....too expensive! or give us more money for sold cards, or an auction or trade house of some sort betwen players.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Was having a load of fun before the energy issue started effecting me. I understand you want to make money but aren't the card sales enough? You could at least speed it up a bit. Waiting an hour and 40 minutes to do 7-8 games is rediculous. (I assume it gets even worse at higher levels)

Great game it shows great potential but needs some tweaks 1) like many other people fix the energy system 2) have trade between players 3) maybe be able to buy abilities like expand deck size 4) have a confirm window 4/5

"Your recon shows weakness in the raiders we must act immediately" 10 min later waiting for energy to recharge ok im ready to attack
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay, so I just bought a pack of cards, then accidently pressed okay instead of edit deck, now I can't get back to the deck edit page this is stupid

They will not take out energy or give us more. They want us to spend our money on this game. Thats the only reason they made this game. To make money.

This energy thing is ridiculous. No good reason to have it other than force people to pay rather than waiting. I'm sorry. It's one of the better designed systems for card games, but the problem I see is that it's a pay-for game and this is really quite off putting. Yeah, I can get it, but if I'm on a roll I don't want to see "You don't have enough energy, but you can PAY for more, just click here to refill for 10 War Bucks." Yeah, it's kind of a useless function.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this game should have a "QUICK COMBAT" button - otherwise is 11 more annoying clicks to get my badges (its 10 cards + start)

oh damnit, now i really want the share replay function....
just kicked a guy with 5000 arena points and the Coordinator as Leader (the Xeno guy with rally all xeno and siege 1 and 12health points)....
still with starter cards ;o

defination of anoying: the first two rare packs I buy both have the same commander as the rare card. Oh well. Great game... I like these card type games. At first I was a bit worried that this was going to be another MMO that got badged (with two rares none the less), but I am glad it did. Great game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Didn't want to play it on here, because I already play it on facebook and its better. But now that it's badged I must play it here.

How can you actually "show the replays to your friends" ?
Just wanted to share my deck (location #5, 1000 arena points), which won clearly over a 5000points player.
It's a deck everyone should be able to copy early :x

can't wait till Kong decides to make one of the hard badges the badge of the day. How many point hunters are gonna punch their modems that day I wonder? Extreamly aggravating that you give badges to a game that you can't win in less then a week because of mandated by game interfering. The dev COULD have used a non energy based system on Kong to get people interested and then when they finished they could be directed to the FB version with "amazing" new features.

I think that the energy meter is a bad idea, or at least it could hold more and refill more every level. The gameplay is fairly simple, with a somewhat interesting plot (at least so far). There should also be a way to gain more war bonds without paying for them. Overall, 4/5. Needs some improvements, but this is just the beta, so that's what it's for.

Looks promising, but currently, it's a bit sad. Dialoge and story are pitiful, at least near the beginning. I'm eagar to check back once this game developes, because it obviously has a way to go before there's much to go into. The lag and non-existant commander card in battles would probably be something to look into soon though. That was a constant annoyance to me.

This game would be better if the % chance for activation skills of cards were really what they said for both sides. Having one enemy card regenerate 6 times in a match that none of my cards regenerated is a little unfair. And don't get me started on that "jam" skill...

While I see the need for developers to make money, the energy concept in this type of game is ridiculous. Paying for cards fine, paying for the ability to pick certain cards fine, paying to replinish energy - not fine. Disappointing because this game actually isn't bad...

as much as I love this ENERGY thing ensuring I don't play this game very much at a time or at all, I am probably not enthralled enough to give money to this game... especially when my commander card is invisible and cannot be manipulated, just a ghostly 6 health floating over the background.

fantastic graphics and smooth looking, poor game play. I did not feel I even had any control on the outcome of the battles. I won! yay! not sure why! sigh 1/5.

They should definitely add more advantages for a person who is at level 12 than a person who is level 3. The energy refill is useless since anyone can refill their whole energy bar within 2 hours and the spare decks are pointless. If they really want to motivate and inspire more people to be active and play then they should offer more bonuses such as a gold reward based on your level or maybe a smaller amount of war bonds for each level up. Now I'm thinking that to influence many players to complete every mission that you should offer 500 gold times your new level so a new level 10 addict could gain 5000 gold for his/her recent level up. Until adjustments are made, this game will never please the mountains of players who have to log in constantly to make use of this crappy energy system who only get awarded a pointless energy refilled after a few days of logging in and out. Oh, and even if you completely ignore this comment, could you at least allow a higher max energy cap?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is an undercover pay-game. You cannot do much without energy, and the amount of energy available is ridiculous. This game is essentially a pay-per-badge. Please remove the badges that a non-free game does not deserve.

I like the game. My first commander wasn't displaying on the game board... Cyrus I think, but that was it and since he doesn't do anything special it wasn't more than an aesthetic issue. Good job.
