THE #1 problem I have with the AI is that it will use action cards on the 1st turn, which is absurd since no action card can have ANY affect on that turn, Similarly is that it will use mend wounds, a heal all 3 action card when it has yet to play any assault cards or even has none out yet. I would like to think that the AI is actually an AI and not "pick a random card", but it seems pretty random, If I play Daemon an anti air 3CD card on 1st turn the opponent should really know that playing mothership interceptor or rifter is THE worst thing it could do... (This has happened, more then once too)

this is a amazing game... however it needs alot of improvements
firstly could someone explain why there is an energy system and why its here
secondly something needs to be done about the constant lag...

@LethalSeraph
This game is full server based. Flash just shows something from server. Server fault, when you cant see pictures.

I think the first priority of the developer should be to fix all the bugs and try to reduce the lag, I've got this game on maximum memory allowance and at times simple things like the pictures of the cards not appearing are very annoying, also I run this game on an i7 and it still lags/ or things don't load properly which is rather insane for such a highly rated game....but credit where credit's due on the good concept, graphics and game mechanics.

i never even understood the purpose of the energy anyway. all it accomplishes is making people get off the game until they had time to recharge their energy. and all that does is annoy players. imo, it should just be removed. + if you agree

Sorry for double posting, but I just got my daily and the box I attempted to open wouldn't, even after clicking several times, so I opened another and the box I tried to open earlier had 5 warbonds... Just throwing this out there cause I feel really cheated by this...

Do not get too up in arms about the increasing energy cost for later missions. The amount of gold you gain per energy spent goes up drastically as the game progresses. It is not so bad.

My formula for getting the achievement "Slow Roll" (Win mission 1, but not before turn 27): 4 Barrage Tanks, 2 Medics, 2 Orbital Cannons, an Aegis and a Reaper (although really, anything with at least a 3-4 turn clock and an attack of 1 will do for the last two slots). Make sure your Commander, whoever it is, doesn't have rally. Play the Barrage Tanks and Orbital Cannons first (armored will block the initial attack, and strike will get rid of the units) followed by the Medics (really, you're playing everything that can't attack first) then, play the long-clock/low-attack cards last. Watch hilarity ensue.

@psychokid: If you have fought 50 or so regen enemies so far then those odds more then fit don't they? I know it seems like the enemy has better luck, but that is partly due to people noticing bad luck more then good luck, I for one have had a flying unit evade 6 times in one match while in another my opponent got 7 out of 9 jams off one card. But, if you hate it so much then why not try to think of a better system? (I know I am...)

although the odds of a regen FIVE times in a row is 3.125% somehow the bot made the one F-ing dude survive... yes! i mad

I am happy that this finally got updated (since I started that is), but besides bug fixing you didn't change anything people have suggested, which means you are most likely ignoring people and only doing what you want to the game, which in itself isn't bad, but really, "reduced level requirements for packs"? Did you really find the previous ones too high? All this does is make leveling up all that more pointless and give less dedicated people an edge, which is exactly what I would think this game DOESN'T need AND what i thought you were trying to avoid.... I'm not saying to cater on hand and foot to people, but do take a hint, the comments are full of em.

It would be more than awesome if there were a way to add a type of auction for cards so players could buy cards off of each other.

I'm out of cards and the enemy has one card with 0...so the turn counter just kept counting until it decided i lost...that's great

Hi! Just thought I'd post here. I mentioned Tyrant in my most recent blog post. http://malcolmsprye.wordpress.com/2011/03/21/free-online-ccgs-and-rambling-abut-ccgs-in-general/

I have an idea for a new card ability to go along with "siege" call it "sapper" basically if your opponent has a structure up any damage this card would deal is dealt to that structure. Becomes a more aggressive form of siege that can be buffed up with rally cards

I just ranked the game down to a one because I went to 50 turns and ended with more life that my Xeno component in th campaign, and they one. That is complete crap. I am done with this game.

EXPENSIVE most expensive CCG i've ever seen! also most expensive onlinegame i've ever seen. 2,5€/6Cards AND you pay for using it. playing missions or factions you can easily pay 5€/hour I would call it brazen expensive

Is there any way that when a system error occurs in the middle of a mission that you could give us our energy back? I'm not too keen on sitting around for twenty minutes because your servers died...

The FACTION system could be more concise. Members should be able to look up factions and Faction leaders be able to invite players.

Automatically played cards - almost everytime the cards I would play, too.... and sometimes even better. Very impressive, well done!

To reach level six by missions will take me another three minutes of playing and another five hours of waiting due to the energy-costs.
It's a nice game and it's ok if people include pay-only-features (i don't have to have those, i can stand it), but still... c'mon this energy-management sucks!
It simply takes the fun out of it and i'm not goin to regain it by droppin coins in this slotmachine...

I love the way the random generator is smart in this game. For example, you have 2 active imperial cards and leader with ability: Increase imperial attack. First card is fighting against flying enemy card, which cant even hit anybody(armored first card). Second card have 2 attack and is fighting against 3 health left vampire. And leader raises second card attack! =D

Wait a minute, why doesn't a 0 (or less) attack card attempt to attack and trigger counter cards? I mean, if a card isn't supposed to attack, then it should have an ability that stops it from attacking (like walls in MTG). counter + weaken strategy should work, i mean if I cant stop my unit from attacking then neither should it be able to decide to do so... But, I do have to say that a negative attack card should not heal by attacking...

I like this game, but the energy-waiting thing is ridiculous so I quit. Hope you come out with Tyrant II... unfuked by energy issues!

Please, to all players, do not put empty/uncomplete decks as defense deck it's just not fun to kill a player with no cards and you may lose rating points. So please check your decks.
