Having come to a crashing halt at mission 15 due to a lack of energy, I have done a bit of math and assuming energy cost averages out at 14 (it probably doesn't) and there are 4 fights average per mission, that makes playing 66 missions cost: 14*4*66 or 3696 energy, which at 1 energy per minute makes the hard badge a whopping 61.6 hours of gameplay (or waiting).
Poor show, lets hope kong is getting paid for this and supporting other, (better,) games.

Seems the tutorial doesnt work properly... its telling me to click the mission to start, but the daily chance popped up before it. This is not how to get new players. They have no idea what is going on, the best they can do is just to try and figure out how to find the screen the tutorial is referring to.

I still say this game's 'random' and % skills are broken. Why does my first card get weakened 6 times in a row and none of my flying units dodge in a match? The math just does not add up.

Best way to get arena points - put autofight on. search for low health decks that probably are empty, and then press a lot and fast the attack button. you will receive all the points from all the games.

@hammer Click ''Home'' in the game and after that you will see Decks, below that you will see the face of your card commander, well then click on him/her to edit your deck. When you reach a higher level you get to have more than one deck.

Also, making me pay or simply wait to refill energy... What a great way to convince me not to play your game. I don't know what other people playing free games at kongregate are like, but if I get distracted from a game, I probably move onto other games and forget about it.

rated 1/5 for horrid energy system that has rising costs as you progress through the game. suggestions: losing combat costs no energy, energy costs to enter combat do not rise as you progress through the game

The energy system is a bloody pain, especially when the game freezes up every time I start some of the missions. I've given the final level of Arctic(?) 4 refreshes. Every time it freezes up on the opening scene. So... yeah. Not impressed. Another MMO that isnt properly supported/loaded with freezing and glitching, given premature badges. It simply doesnt deliver imo.

So, if I make a deck, why can't I use cards from other decks? I'm a bit early in the game, but it seems like there's no point in stopping me from using cards in more than one deck in this game.

Yaaaay for stupid games; can only do 1 battle for every 10-20 mins, it takes 3-5 battles per mission, and there's 66 missions

Why do i need energy to fight in the campaigns? I can buy it with cash tho... WTF? Is this a joke? There is no way this game should have badges if u need to pay cash to complete the game. 1 energy every minute is too low and just plain stupid.

And as soon as badges appear, there goes the rating. Badges+game with energy system = bad idea, lol. Most kongregaters don't have the patience to go find something else to do while energy recharges. They want their badges and they want them NOW! Because a lack of achievement in real life can be made up for with online achievements. <

TIP: For a quick 2k gold, complete "Slow Roll." Goal: beat Mission 1 after round 27. I used Boris (8 hp), but Lord Alexander (9 hp) works for the commander. You need 4 cards to die before doing dmg, and a Hyperion Prototype (1act, 1armor, and 1dmg). The 4 I used to die were: Zealot (4act /4hp), Artemis Tank (1act/ 1hp), Shock Grunt (3act/2hp), and Dreadnaught (2act/2hp). This makes 5 cards + the commander. Play Zealot first if you can. He'll last all 4 rounds. Play the Art. Tank 4th, and the H. Proto. last. The 3 AI units will kill all your stuff the round the H.P. comes out, and your commander will have 1 or 2 health left after the H.P. chips away at the baddies. It'll end round 27, and you get 2000 gold as your reward. To get the Zealot you need 200 reputation [I used area 2] (+150 gold). Shock Grunt requires Bronze rank in the arena (+100 gold). Challenge people who have profile pictures of low-rank commanders and 0 rank points.

coool so you're going to KIND OF make people pay to play the game because it eventually refills. If you think people will keep paying to play this cruddy game anyway sorry i think you've pushed your luck on this one. If anything people will see it as annoying and NOT play it.

Needs more polish, lots of UI bugs and slow interface. Even when you get past that it's just really not that interesting to play. Card art is cool though.

Having to wait over an hour to get full energy zzz not another one. Game should be about fun not waiting, dont see the point in putting these play x ammount of time then wait hours to play again.

Very buggy display, often cards fail to display -- I never saw my first commander, for example, and now I'm editing my desk I can't see anything in the pool.

Decent game, but when I saw one the home page "like this game, rate us 5 stars!", it made me me want to rate it 1 star... or at least, 1 star less than I would have otherwise

I think it might be a good idea if your energy was to increase slightly faster with each level up. It takes one minute for one energy, perhaps making it decrease by like 1 second or so each level up would be nice. This would obviously be reduced by less than a second at higher levels.
