I agree, I hate the rising tendency to add absurd badges to MMOs. Heros of Gaia, Caesary and recently SacredSeasons2 all take EONS to get, EONS of grinding. These badges here are okay. Doable within a few days, with reasonable effort, and not really beeing able to get stopped just because some random guy got a pick on you.

A game has badges because a lot of people play it, not the other way around. Play the game if you like it, and don't play it if you don't like it. The badges are just extra, and you should be grateful that Greg even added badges to any games. Maybe he likes this game, so stop being rude!

Agree with kingisle555, didn't mind getting conqured as it allowed for time to work on medium badge. Checked on stuff last 3 days and finished badge.

Guys its an MMO, DEAL WITH IT! And its NOT a kongregate orignal, its a 4 year old game thats had its own site (and still does) www.battledawn.com geez guys calm the fu*k down with vadges and play the game for gods sakes

Really simple just for badges. Easy badge just follow the tutorial and medium, go to a place that like just started getting ticks and every day you'll get like a bunch of resources. LOL EASY MEDIUM BADGE!

to all the people saying this game takes no skill wat so ever to get the badges well your right on that but the badges gegt more players into the game and if you havnt realized they want you to continue playing the game. dont be one of those people who just go for badges actually play the game and see if you like it... if you hate if dont keep spamming the comments about it just leave

So usually MMO's with badges suck... this one is pretty good, but it still gets one star because We need to make a statement that every new MMO should not get badges.

Quickest way to get badges:
Join a newly reset server, with a low tick rate (<500 ticks at 2 ticks/hr or something).
Blast through the tutorial, this should take a matter of minutes.
Build troops until you have 10 of each for the first badge. (You may quit at this point, the next badge takes a while).
First off, build gold and lumber production things (the second 2 lines in structures), your priority is maxing these out.
Now, each day, on your castle, click tokens then free tokens, click all of the links and vote for battledawn at each site.
Every 24 hours you repeat this you will net 24 tokens, when you have 100/130, spend them on gold and lumber. Within a few days you will be able to max out every building. [+] this to help other badge hunters.

Looks this game isn't for everyone some people hate it for this some people love it for that but people need to know to some people this game is good. I know this will probably be getting the minus sign since alot of people who don't like this game are trolls. Not all just some.

@95 Wave MMO is Massive Multiplayer Online. Is it a massive Game? Yes. Is it Multiplayer? Yes. Is it online? Yes. Therefore, it is an MMO. It can also be an RTS as well. It can be both. MMO is it's platform, RTS is it's game style.

I'm guessing if someone hackes the fantasy world and made it so any type of unit could have any weapon I'm guessing a heavy unit with all weapons with range upgrade would be godzilla.

And if there making the Stupid comments saying "ITS TO LOOOOONG I CANT GET HOOKED ON IIITTTT".....if you cant play a game that requires patience go play Halo 3 or Call Of Duty MW 2. or go play FRANTIC or something....sheesh.....(not to mention both of the Frantic games have BADGES)...

Jacobie31 and targoon, i support you guys but we know they'll downgrade us. with there stupid "ITS TO SLOW","OMFG WORST FLASH GAME EVER IT REQUIRES PATIENCE AND STRADEGY!",and"MMO'S DONT GET TO HAVE BADGES 0/5 WORST GAME EVA!!!!"...... @billco well sorry its not a fasta ction shooter, if you dont like slow games dont waste your time on em. Run along to MW2, while the rest of us have fun on an awsome game. Its not meant for full time, maybe to an average 300 rnake d player would spend 2 hrs a day.
But for vets, they MAKE it a full time game. Justbecause you cant do somethign every second doesnt mean you should come on here and downgrade everyone who enjoys it.
And noobking, this is NOTHING like evony or tribal wars. Same concept (kinda...) but a WHOLE different game. If you actually played it you would know.
And everyone who complains about the badges, well guess what! You dont need to worry about em :o shocking isnt it? Its sad to see people more worried about virtual poitns that dont do shit rather then the game itself. Its also sad to see comments uprating the game bein downrated, and all comments about badges being uprated. Quite sad it really is.

Another sub-par MMO littering my beloved Kong :P Even the "speed game" is about eight trillion times too slow to keep me interested. Whoever decided "waiting" would make a fun game needs to jump into a wood chipper.

The update that let you only have 30 units on yours base and the MMO badges really killed this game. It was once 1st in MMO game scores in Kong but is now 11th is in the kong MMO score. D: Why GREG!

After all these mmo's i've been playing, I can't even bring myself to continue playing this. It doesn't even stand out from other mmo's, the graphics hurt my eyes, and the music is too ancient and boring sounding. The gameplay is ok, but the layout is pretty confusing.

What can I say? This is the worst flash MMO I've played on Kongregate. I'm glad there is no hard badge. The music is pretty good though. But it cannot compensate the lack of actions and options in the game.
