I don't really see why Freak Out is in the guru section.
And the music selection is disappointingly small.
Other than that I love it.

This game needs a quick restart option. If you screw up, you have to wait until you miss enough to stop the level. At the top end no biggy, but when your learning (which funny enough is when you screw up the most) it's annoying as hell.

BastardChild, you rated the game a 1* because it was too hard for you? You're probably the reason why no games ever get 5.0 avg. It's not a rating based on how difficult the game is, it's supposed to be a rating on how good the game is.

Yeah.. The learning curve for this game is kinda steep but you'll get it eventually. You should check out their site, it has tons more songs, which are great for practicing :P

Scratch that; LOVED this game! I'm gonna tell all my friends about this, and maybe my family... 5/5!!!!!!!! ^^ I laughed everytime I screwed up. I'm gonna have to say, it's harder than DDR.

With a game that is timing sensitive, any lagging is just problematic. Even with my chat completely off, I still jitter all the time because of the game's own messages. The combo counter is also too obtrusive making it hell to try and keep track of what keys come next until they just pass the combo counter, at which point it's too late...and then if it lags right then...you're boned.

The guys back at the site are constantly working on these 'widgets' and trying to make them more like the game, so hold tight and it should be better.
@ pkedpker, did you even read the description and instructions, the website is posted 3 times and once in the tags. I suggest changing your rating.

I'm not voting on it just yet, cause I know that this is not the first version. I currently can't play, b/c I play with a reverse scroll and spread on your site. When those features come out, I'll make sure to vote a five. :)

To be honest it is a pretty poor representation of the dance game community. However, it is only a snapshot and people who are generally interested can download the StepManias and etc. The only real huge mega issue i have is that i can't configure my key mappings, so i can't connect up my dancemat or use the keys i use on StepMania online. 2/5

graphics: 1/1 as good as a game like this can allow. sound: 1/1 i always give this one to music based games. gameplay: 2/2 challenging, but at least it kills boredom, and its not as buggy as elephant rave. another angle: 0/1 if the name wasn't ripped off dance dance revolution, this game would have gotten perfect from me.

The difficulties here are what someone new to this game will think how difficult these songs are.
FlashFlashRevolution.com has difficulties accurate for more experience users.
This flash game is just a miniscule sample of what Flash Flash Revolution has to offer.

the songs are all in the wrong order. If someone will think their good at this "guru" they will be very pissed when they get to FFR.
