I hate how "Simulation Speed" just changes the frame rate, so if it's slow, it looks like it's lagging really bad. Developers, don't be lazy and just decrease the frame rate. :I

Oh cool! I've created a system where there are just herbivores and infinite plants! Now, let's see what this virus does....

Good game, how about environments like voidburner suggested. And objects! Like
Mints: They will make the thing rapidly inscrease in evoultion for 5 generations.
Leafs: They help herbavores.
AND MORE

omnivores eat so much grass :o then u add teh other stuff they eat and its crazy how much their litttle selves eat. if i add omnivores to my ecosystem, my herbavores all die :P

the amoebaes create such a population rapid population boost to the predators that it almost wipes out my entire population :P

It's very hard to create something closed to balanced, having a stable oscillation of population sizes. I think the problem is that the arena is too small/the creatures are too fast/the plots of plants are too large. It's not possible that one species only dominates locally.

While this game is really, really fun. I love the way the evolution of the different types of cells is really prominent and realistic (albeit a lot faster in this game). It's a good comprehensive of how the cells that don't fare well against the obstacles, be they predators or food supply, die off and the species overall becomes stronger. I love seeing the number of herbivores going back and forth in a tango with the amount of plant. The graphs are so useful in seeing the correlation between the different species. In the future, I'd love to see new types of bacteria or evolution, e.g. conugation between species or whatever. The potential is endless with sandbox games. 5/5 and favourited. Best of luck to the developer!

You know what would be cool? If you could have a setting where the bacteria notices that the environment is unbalanced, and some might evolve into whatever was needed. Of course, this would take out some fun of the game, but it would be cool to just sit back and see how the computer balances it.

Very fun to mess around with; I'm more of a chem/physics guy, so I'm not incredibly familiar with micro organisms, but it's very interesting to do experiments with this nonetheless. One thing I would be interested to see are different climates for bacterial growth. Such as; underwater bacterial growth.
Great work!

My friend after I introduced him to this game:
Him: I hate you.
Me: Why? Because I got you addicted to this?
Him: Yes. :E
Me: I'll send an amoeba after your house.

One amoeba + Herbivores + Predators is very funny combination. Amoeba is sucking inside most of Predators, rest is dying quickly, then herbivores is sucked by amoeba, amoeba explodes with predators and some herbivores, and process continues.
